Be careful when you buy a car there! They told me that they give me a few thousand off if I would finance it and then I could pay it off right away. What a rip off! I tried to pay off early but there was a prepayment penalty. I would have gotten a a better price if had taken the original cash price. Don't fall for that scam! Also, don't buy the extended warranty or maintenance contract! Both overpriced and both rip-offs!!

After having a bad experience at another dealership, we decided to try out this one. We scheduled a 10AM appointment and after stopping to get pre-approved at our credit union,we went in over to see the CRV we wanted to try out. We asked for Parris and we ended up really happy with how he helped us,right down to the last detail. He's very pleasant to work with, as well as Annette also made us feel at ease. The car looked almost new and was fun to drive, even in the pouring rain. Thanks for making this a great experience since we were really dreading it.

Scheduled the meeting on line using text. The service rep was professional, explained what services were due, found the best deal with coupons for me, explained what they would do to fix my brakes. The work was done when he said it would be and the price was as originally quoted. The waiting room has ample places to relax. Overall an excellent experience.

This is probably the worst dealership I've ever had the displeasure of taking my car to for service. I brought my van to them because it had 2 recalls that needed to be completed and our rear entertainment center was not working. I also asked them to take a look at the drivers side sliding door handle, because the handle had recently stopped working. They fix the recalls, and my warranty covered the rear entertainment center (thankfully) but they said the door handle was because it was opened too hard once and broke the thing that catches. Was going to be $400 to fix that and we said "no thanks" because we couldn't afford to fix it at the moment. I go to pick the van up, only to find out that we're being charged $200 just for them to look at the handle and tell us it was broken. I was shocked, to say the least, but was forced to pay them so we could get our van back. No matter how much I pleaded and tried to explain how we didn't fix it because we can't afford to, so we also can't afford to pay $200 for the pleasure of being told the door knob was broken, they wouldn't budge. You would think with the amount of work they were paid to fix the recalls and replace the rear entertainment center, they wouldn't force us to pay for something that we already knew, but they were heartless. They said too bad, I had to pay the $160 diagnostic fee no matter what. On top of that, they even tacked on a shop supply fee, even though we didn't use anything, for some reason, which brought the total to $204, literally just for them to tell us the door knob was broken (we already knew that) and they would repair it for $400. Avoid this service department like the plague. They will do nothing but nickel and dime you over every tiny minutiae of a "diagnostic request", even if there are already multiple repairs they are being paid for. Disgusting.

Robin Mel and Tim really worked with me on my purchase - making sure I not only got the car of my dreams but making sure the price of that car wasn’t going to break my bank! Nelson Pacheco was very accomodating and patient with us during our visit. He make sure I got the best deal and yes I ended up getting the car. I’am now enjoying driving the new 2024 Honda HR-V sport, it was really a good choice. And to Tim Davis of financing, he really did a great job with my monthly payment and I was so surprise and didn’t expect for the huge drop. The whole experience was very amazing and I never regretted visiting Honda of the Avenues.Thank you very much for making easy for me to get a car. It was really a big help for me since I was a newbie here in the US and you made it possible for me. I will definitely recommend you to my friends. Thank you very much. I really appreciate it!!!

I can't believe how priorities change with the passing of years. I always felt good about paying high prices for service because they offered the best. But notice that prices never go down to compensate for getting less out of service. We used to have a waiting room full of snacks with coffee brewed all morning. Now we get a machine that doesn't always work and I question how often it's been cleaned. We used to have service errors paid with compensated rental vehicles until the car was ready to be driven. Now it's just "I'm really sorry" and I have to pay for the rental vehicle even when they made an oversight at the time of the agreed-upon service. One thing that hasn't changed is the most sparkling service. Courteous people. But we can get courteous people everywhere. What's hard to find is a service place that regards my time and recognizes it as more expensive than the cost of the service on my vehicle. And luckily, this Honda service center isn't the only one in town. I've been so disappointed in how they solve problems that I've vowed not to buy a Honda next car around. I feel sad for the days of true customer service and a car that could go long before falling apart. The repairs to my Honda have been ridiculous-my windshield wiper fluid holder breaking, my trunk door breaking. They are t made these days but to need replacement and servicing more often and at higher costs.

So many weird things happened, how can it be? Is this happening to other customers too? I dropped off my car ahead of time to only learn, almost 3 days later, that there was nothing wrong with the car. The video I provided was not helpful either. The Honda could not hear the problem and said they could not find anything. They also said they were not sure what that was and there was no solution for the problem 'yet' since the problem was rather new and unusual. The car was almost new - under 3 yrs, 8,000 miles. It was still under warranty. So, I am now STUCK driving a car that Honda could not fix and have to listen to a loud typing sound coming out of my dashboard. It gets so bad sometimes, it takes away my focus from the road. Scary!Ok, moving on. The next weird thing that happened: I asked specifically TWICE to NOT WASH MY CAR. I was reassured that my car would not be washed. When I came to pick it up, I discovered that my car WAS actually washed. Why did it happen?? Ok, moving on. That same day I received a call from their service asking to return 'rental keys'. I was surprised and confused. I texted and called back saying that I did not have any rental keys because I never rented anything from them and never received a courtesy car. Weird, huh?Ok, moving on again. Later that day I received an unsolicited call on my personal cell from a Honda sales representative asking if I would like to buy a car. I never gave him my number so I guess he went to my personal file to find it. Is this normal? Can they do it??What is going on HONDA??I will not be coming back to this place. Seems like it is poorly run and there is quite a great deal of mis-management and disorganization. It was my first time there and I had enough. I only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because people there were nice.

I will never again Buy from this Dealership. Honda of The Avenues they messed up my 2016 Honda Accord Touring, I took my vehicle to replace the battery and when the vehicle was returned back to me, they returned back to me with 3 Dash Warning Lights on Dash that it never had before upon bringing my vehicle to dealership, I asked my Honda Service Advisor Damien Miller why does my car now has warning lights on dash it didn't have them when I brought the vehicle in for service battery replacement, he then told me it's normal after battery is changed, and they will self-cleared after I drive 20 miles or more, problems didn't go away after I drove 20 miles its already has been 3 days and still having issues, I now have no Lane Assist, No Cruise Control, and No Adaptive Cruise Control Systems. Now they want to charge me for something they messed up while changing out my Battery. People please take pictures of your dash lights before dropping your vehicle for service... First time buying a car made easy! I went to about 6 dealerships before deciding to go with Honda at the Avenues. Unfortunately they didn't have the vehicle I was looking for on my first trip. However, their sales rep Robin Mel did some digging, found exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond to get me a great deal. After that I worked with Annette in financing who was able to hook me up with BETTER financing than my credit union (which I didn't think was possible). Both of these two were more than accommodating and I would definitely recommend asking for them if you are in the market for a new/used vehicle!

Last time going here for service after almost two decades. The quality has declined and the prices have risen.Dropped the car off at 7am for a basic oil change. Called to see if it was ready 4x, no one answered the phone any of the times in the service area. Finally got someone after 5pm to say it was ready. The text message service was never updated with the status.Arrive, very pregnant, cannot be in the heat. Heat index was 103 degrees. They refused to check me out inside. In the past they would wash the car and bring it out with AC going. I could end up in the hospital with this heat being this pregnant and they wouldn’t even pull the car around. I was expected to wait in the extreme heat, pay in the extreme heat, and get in a boiling hot car. I didn’t drop it off boiling hot- they got the car running with the AC on.Absolutely no service. And I’m paying way more for an oil change. Why would I come back here ever again? They won’t even answer a call or let you know your car is ready for pick up. the cheap places for oil changes will ring you up in the air conditioning. Literally bare minimum ask. Shame on Honda for treating customers like this.
