Hot spot yoga is the absolute best! Whether you are new or, a well experienced yogi, i can guarantee a great workout. I’ve dedicated my time to combat sports so having a good stretch 2/3 times a week is amazing. The best instructors are Dawn, Bernard Sugar, and Bobbi, respectively. If you stay consistent your body will thank you for it!

Fun classes great people. You can start there as a beginner and fairly easy to follow along just modify and tell them what you're ready for. It's in my neighborhood so fun to visit.

LOVE Hot Spot Yoga! Everyone is just so nice and very welcoming of all ability levels. The studio is also spotlessly clean which was a big plus for me. Big parking lot in the back of the studio for those of us that struggle with parallel parking!

This place and these people, in such a short amount of time, have become my safe place.I’ve lost 10 lbs in the first 30 days of going 3-4x a week than I did going 100 classes in Pilates. I have become stronger, more balanced, at peace, flexible, and tone. This studio has changed my life and it’s all due to the amazing men and women in the tribe.

I’ve been a member for several years and I love the studio! Great teachers and several locations around town that offer a variety of classes. I love that they offer fun workshops, challenges, and events to get to know people.Would highly recommend for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Love this studio. When I first moved here, I shopped around for a studio that had great classes and a community mentality - and Hot Spot knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend!

Do not go unless you are advanced and a pose can be named off and you immediately can get to it. I read class description and thought I was going to have a experience similar to my past classes at other businesses . I have never been more wrong. I left the class early after the instructor laughed saying it's funny people think they can do everything the first class but told me to watch others to learn poses but everyone was doing their own thing because they are advanced so you have zero references to what you should be doing. The pace of the class was so fast that I just became frustrated and had a panic attack. I told the instructor I didn't know poses( which I do but not enough to run through them in 10 seconds not back to back) and he said just watch everyone else. I left so upset defeating the whole purpose of the class and a complete waste of money for the month. I am not sure how that was suppose to be relaxing. There was zero warm up or just immediately change position rapidly with voice instruction on what poses to do but that doesn't help if you don't know poses. So the rest of my day will be recovering from the stress my yoga class created. The class description was way off.

Such a lovely studio with a great atmosphere and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I went here for around 5 months and loved every second of it!My only criticism is that a padded floor, rather than the hardwood flooring, might be a better fit for the studio. When I was going to Hot Spot I developed significant knee/joint pain and figured it had to be something I was doing wrong during practice. However, the studio I currently go to has padded flooring and now I have ZERO joint pain. I'm thinking it must have been from the hardwood floors at Hot Spot. Otherwise a wonderful studio!

Everyone at this studio was exceptionally nice and welcoming, but the quality of the yoga left something to be desired. It seemed like the pace of the movements was far too fast to be matched to breath and the transitions between poses were somewhat disjointed. We attended 3 classes over 3 days and did a lot of high speed vinyasa, chair, and mountain poses. I felt unbalanced and less zen after these classes compared to other studios we’ve been to.Nice people who could work on the flow of class and matching breath to movement and control.

Welcoming atmosphere for all levels. Staff is very friendly and helpful with breaking down poses if you're a beginner. The heated room makes the workout 10X better!

Never could get myself to enjoy yoga in the past, but I am so glad I gave this place a shot. Awesome teachers, welcoming environment, and a positive happy vibe all around from everyone. My only regret is not having tried Hot Spot sooner!

As a guy who was new and a little skeptical to yoga I tried a few different places to feel it out. Out of all in the Jacksonville area I've had my best experience with the San Marco Hot Spot studio.
