I visited this location yesterday shopping for my nephews birthday. Lenore was so knowledgeable and really took her time to find exactly what I was looking for! I appreciated her help so much. Dakota cashed me out at the register and was very kind! I'll definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I walked into Hot Topic and right when we walked in, a female Hot Topic employee got on both knees Infront of him and looked at him up and down. He walked out of the store immediately. All I saw was him looking down which tells me that he was looking at her. Side note: my boyfriend is 16 and he's 6'3 so he looks like an adult. Either way, still incredibly disgusting considering an employee did that to a costumer. I didn't see her name, but she had short black hair with a bit of red in it. Absolutely disgusting.

Watch out for Karens in the clearance section. It’s pretty tiny, only really enough room for 1 or 2 people. But they WILL huff at you and cross their arms and stand there, trying to be menacing, staring in your general direction. Waiting. For a reasonable amount of time. But you’ll never know that because they keep huffing at you like it’s been a thousand years and she wishes to finally rest her weary bones… in the clearance section T-shirt rack… but anyway, the employees are always so wonderful and helpful! The sales are incredible, too.

A chain store that is packed with stuff for the alternative buyer that's into anime, Goth, and related dark side pop culture. It's a bit disorganized and getting staff to help, particularly at a busy time, is untenable. They can barely manage the line at the checkout counter. However, if you know what you want there aren't too many other places in the Jacksonville area. Great selection of T-shirts as photos show

Disappointed with the minimal selection of body jewelry in store! Used to be one of the best places to buy and now they barely have anything. Only giving two stars because the cashier was very helpful and sweet!

Usually a good place. Good deals. Sometimes the workers seem more interested in talking to their friends rather than helping me waste my disposable income. Oh well other places to spend it on those days.
