Chose this location because I am doing my part in trying to support black owned businesses. Had an appointment set up to have my dryer repaired. However, no call no show. When I attempted to call before closing hours, phone rang and rang and of course the voicemail was full. Unprofessional in my opinion because even though I witnessed him take down all my information, he chose not to contact me or perform my repair.

Was looking for a washer/dryer for my rv. I have been all over jacksonville and couldnt find anything with a 110v outlet The selection here is superior to anyone else. The staff was very friendly and made suggestions that really helped me become a more informed buyer. The gentelman helping me took the time to explain everything to me and made sure i was comfortable. To top off the great coustomer service the prices cant be beat. This is now the only appliance store i shop at.
