I recommend scheduling with Natalia B. at H&R on Beach Blvd in Jacksonville. I had an appointment with her that was thorough, unhurried, and full of helpful details. I felt great afterward, and she was smart and also really pleasant to work with.

Online tax pro took much longer than I would have. Missed the fact that my daughter was supposed to be on my taxes. Missed the fact that the HSA was a family HSA. Nearly cost me almost 900 and they charged me 190.00 for everything. It was a ripoff for what I could have done myself for free and got it correct the first time. Next year I will file my own taxes.

Do not recommend this place at all , they charged a lot of money and they don’t fix the problem. A simple tax return is $450And also I got a letter from the IRS they charged me $350 and they took a whole month to just respond that letter to the IRS , and I still have to pay the fine.If you call to the office and leave a message they never call you back .Awful customer service

I was a walk in. I was greeted asked if I had an appointment I said no the lady behind the seemed annoyed by my being there then I told her my problem she then asked what I needed I came to get my taxes done once again she seemed put out apparently she's having a day whatever thanks but no thanks
