i had to go back twice to get my taxes fixed. 2 different agents screwed them up. i just got a letter from the IRS telling me they can't give me my return because the amounts didn't match.

I usually get my taxes done elsewhere for free but my acquisition of a hybrid vehicle changed that and I'm glad it did. My tax professional was very friendly and knowledgeable. Actually both Pat and Bertha (front desk) were. I'm glad I chose this location. I will be back.
