I had one of the best tax experiences yesterday at h & r block on hwy 210 yesterday ms Luba Shtessel was very experienced and very helpful and made me feel less nervous and prepared my tax return in a short time . I was very pleased with my services. Also all of the staff was helpful and polite.. Mr Daniel needed to be recognized for his positive attitude. I have used them for a few years and will continue. We normally do our own taxes. However, 2020 was a bit of an odd year and we had a few new financial hurdles we were not sure of. Janine was awesome. As was the rest of the staff. We had questions that Janine answered or found the answer for, were missing some docs that they helped us find online, and just everyone there acted as a team. Well worth the cost to have all the help we received. We will be back next year :)

This was the first time I had to file my taxes, as my husband had always done so. With his passing, the amount of paperwork and necessary information needed left me lost and confused. Estella, my tax preparer, was so pleasant and helpful, she made the whole process so much easier, even though the additional paperwork I had to track down was aggrevating.
