Felicia is a great tax expert. Before 2024, taxes for me had always been simple - single employer, one W2, Turbo Tax - took 10 minutes. 2024 was a rough year and I had to make a living from a handful of different sources. I was dreading my tax bill, but Felicia made the process as easy and as painless as possible. I even got a refund.

Upon walking in I was accepted as a walk-in customer. The attendant processed my paperwork. I was later turned over to a tax professional. I had completed everything in no time. The tax preparer was informative, knowledgeable, and polite.
