I came in today to file 3 years worth of taxes. Angela was my tax specialist who helped me and she did an outstanding job. She did everything quickly, made the process very simple, and was very friendly!

Was informed my tax return would be completed by a certain time. Then postponed, then again postponed. Once I asked for the price I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I wouldn't even know what the price would be without asking. The setting in this location does not provide much security from people coming in and out also to be trusted with your documents and social security number. Never again will I attempt having someone else do my taxes especially H&R Block.

The office on Normandy was awesome! Louise is the best preparer we've had in years! She and the other staff were very friendly and professional. Took the extra steps to help access some of my documents and found the best deals for me! Really went the extra mile! I'd highly recommend Louise! Thanks to Gary as well. Even the receptionist was super nice! Great job! A+++

I just don't have the words to explain how terrible this experience have been and what it has cost me financially and emotionally I will be returning to doing my own tax returns. Don't bother calling that h&r block support bc it's not supportive long hold times and no help obtained. Given two different numbers to no avail. Never again, and I do not recommend. I could go into detail but it would do me no justice.

I have a mixed review of this place based on my experience with different people. When I first get there the front desk understandably wasn't upbeat about my presence because I showed up without an appointment. Regardless I didn't have problem to schedule an appointment and I offered to do so. Anyways she agreed and go ahead assign me to one of the preparers. To make it clear I don't have any complaint on the front desk lady. Her comment was in customer friendly manner and was valid. I would give 4 star for the help desk.Then this huge man( I think his name is Sebastian) with frowned face came over to my seat and asked me to follow him to his cube. From the start he looks very upset about something. He started complaining on me for showing up without appointment and asked me if I have any kids and I said "No" then he asked me if I ever been in H&R Block looking at my eye with scaring stare and I said "No, this is my first time" and then scolded "Why are you here empty handed, bring your W2". Then I explained that I have more than just W2 and have everything organized in Google Drive and told him I can drop the documents immediately in to their online file share. Now he fumed and mumbled "There is a problem" shaking his head, and then I asked what the problem is and He replied "YOU!!" with scaring sound. Then I softly told him that I am there for a business not interrogation and he immediately called the lady in the help desk and told her "The customer doesn't want me to prepare his tax" and then she assigned me to another man(David Ross) . I would give 1 star for this preparer.David did great job taking care of me. Since I had a lot of tax material that involves brokerage accounts, multiple W2s and donations he scheduled a second session in the afternoon and we ended up finishing my taxes in the same day. David was really a nice guy. I would give 5 star for DavidHere is the break down of my review based on the service I received and the total result of my overall satisfactionTotal = (4(Helpdesk)+1(Sebastian)+5(David))/3 = 3.33 points
