I dropped off my tax forms on a Sunday and made an appointment for later in the week to pick up the completed tax returns. I come in and the tax returns had not even been completed. Why would I make an appointment to watch someone do the data entry on a tax return???? The tax preparer was not organized and fumbled around. The whole experience was painful and unprofessional. Steer clear and pay the $35 for the online version.

We enjoyed meeting Maria and having her file our taxes but afterward, when we had a simple question, she never returned our calls: 8 of them to be exact, and well as 5 voicemails and a letter.
She obviously is far too busy to accommodate common courtesy and so we will find another representative to assist us in the future.

The front desk person quickly assisted me and informed I can do drop-off (which I was not aware). The tax pro was also very caring and helpful through out the process. I have been to may locations and this one was by far the best.

I had the greatest experience and help from Maria Luna tax analyst the prepared my taxes better than anyone who's ever done my taxes. She went above and beyond with everything.
