Tried to buy a couch at the as-is area. Went to delivery counter and they said I have to buy it first. Went to checker and bought it. Went back to delivery, they said I have to bring the couch to them first. Went back to couch and could not get any help to load it on the cart. Decided to get a refund and find a couch elsewhere.

I drove 3 hours to go to this IKEA for furniture for my new place. I spent 800 bucks on a dresser, shoe rack, and a desk. The desk had a faulty piece and needed to be replaced so I called CS. They told me that I could return it to the store and get the parts replaced, but im 3 hrs away so they gave me the option to get a new one shipped to me and send back the old one. I told her I'd think about it and call them back. Call them back and I get a new person, who took my info, put me on hold for 8 min, and then someone else picked up the phone and hung up on me. I call back again, wait 12 min, get another woman who said that the option to have it shipped to me is no longer an option. She said she'd try to raise my priority on my case in hopes that they make an exception.
If I have to drive all the way back to JAX, im getting my money back and im never shopping at IKEA again. Absolutely ridiculous what im going through just for a particle board and metal desk. They have thise everywhere.

Service is almost non existent and you have to wait for extended period of time for them to retrieve your goods. I hate coming here....

Amazing IKEA, the food was good and hot even just a bit before closing and all the displays were pretty and helped me choose my items.

Had a wonderful dinner with my wife on Friday night. Better food and cheaper than fast food. My wife and I take many dates to IKEA for dinner. We love it.

Love this place! There is so much to see! Plan to spend some time browsing around. Fair prices on everyday items. Purchased a live plant from here for Mothers Day. In my opinion, more directional signs are needed for those not to familiar with the store as you could end up getting lost & going in circles like I did LOL.

The “Walt Disney World” of all home improvement / decor stores. Don’t get lost. But if you do, lose yourself near the concession stand.

I have always received great service. I have used regular check-out lanes and online pickup. Everything has always gone smoothly.
