I've bought 3 Indochino suits and have been impressed by every single one. The staff know what they are doing and will ensure a proper fit. It helps to come to the store once you have already done your research. There are lots of options to choose from, so it could be a little overwhelming if you don't normally order custom suits. ***The biggest thing to note is that you have to plan for delivery time. Mine have each taken 4-5 weeks to arrive. Don't wait until the last minute, especially if yours need to be altered for some reason***

I purchased an Indochino suit from Toby. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice during selection so we could make alterations if necessary. It arrived needing zero alterations and also 2 weeks ahead of when it was promised. Thank you Toby!

I've read all the poor reviews here and it sounds like a combination of poor planning and people not knowing what they want. This is a bespoke service and it takes time so DONT WAIT TILL THE LAST MINUTE! Also, don't order online, or send someone else to do it for you and expect to end up with anything near what you want.Although booking appointments was a little finicky (to no fault of the local store), Toby was extremely helpful! They were thoughtful and bespoke in their recommendations. When the suit finally got here it fit just fine but I wanted a more athletic fit; Toby and the alterations woman listened intently to everything I wanted and made adjustments accordingly. When I got the suit back a week later it fit better than any other suit I've ever owned...and I have a couple custom Brookes Brother suits! I was very nervous to go with a company like this for my wedding day, especially choosing a suit over a tuxedo, but I couldn't be happier! Do your research, have an idea of what you want, speak up and communicate and you'll come away with the suit of your dreams!

Iv been shopping at Nordstrom for 20+ years… and I cannot believe they allowed such a terrible company to occupy their space.I purchased a suit for a wedding party and EVERYONES suit was wrong…I live 50 minutes one way from the store and had to drive up 4 times to have my suit re-altered.Not only was my suit incorrect but they didn’t send me the shirt that went with it.I handed the Indochino employee a screenshot of all of the selections he needed to make on his iPad given to me by the groom… and STILL he messed it up.I had to run up to Nordstrom the DAY OF THE WEDDING to get my shirt and of course the only one that matched was $150…Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.

Haven’t bought from indochino in St Johns town center but I got excellent quality service at the aventura location in Miami. The material is amazing, I will continue to shop at indochino

Hi Everyone, I strongly recommend not shopping at Indochino. I had a poor experience with the quality and service. Please do not make the same mistake as myself. There are way better options.Here are some issues- They really botched my initial fitting. I was not able to even put my jacket or pants.- Service is horrendous!!!! I made appointments but they never had someone available to help. Made me come in multiple times. Never try to help but rather leave you standing awkwardly until you ask them to help you at.- I have still not received my shirts or ties but they aren't able to help me in store. Just told me to call a number. How are they not able to track my stuff?Luckily, after my initial fitting was a botch, I went to another business who actually knew what they were doing.Please, do not buy your suit here. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I had a horrible experience with Indochino! Everything is shipped to China to be made and the measurements are not the same! For my daughters wedding 4 of the men had issues with their suits or never received the product in time. It was due to Indochino not getting the correct measurements on the men and delays from shipping. The suits were cheaply and improperly made. Personnel at this store were not helpful. I would not advised buying from Indochino for menswear, but select a company that has tailoring and service in the USA!

Terrible experience, I had to drive 3 hours away to get refitted 3 different times. I never even received my 3rd remake of the pants for my sisters wedding. I had to wear generic pants as a groomsmen. Suits are fitted in the USA but made and dropshipped from China. Fabric feels cheap and I havehad literally zero customer service. If you need alterations, good luck! They send your refittment measurements back to China for remake. I cannot get anyone to respond by phone or email. Spend a little more money and go through a reputable suit company!
