Terrible customer service from this location. Currently delaying my medical care. I was told yesterday by the front desk that she would send over a message to the ors “reading team” to have my MRI read immediately due to my upcoming appointment and that it would be available by the end of the day Friday. I called back at the end of the day and it was not ready and that I should call back in the morning. I just called this morning all to find out no message was ever sent to anyone and that my report is still not ready. My appointment is now going to have to be canceled if I don’t have my report by Monday causing me to wait another week for medical care. Had I know it would be a hassle to get my report I would asked my insurance company to use a different clinic.

Staff were helpful and friendly. But the read on my MRIs were subpar. They missed my old issues and stated that my spine was normal in the areas of concern, despite the fact I've had multiple scans stating that I have arthritis or micro-bulging discs. This set back my ongoing treatment and probably would have to get for another scan somewhere else.

The woman at the reception desk was friendly. My appointment started 20 minutes late. The tech never made eye contact with me, never smiled, and recited her instructions like a robot. After the MRI, I asked a different woman for a DVD of the images. She wasn't very friendly. I had to wait a while for the DVD.

The staff was great. Was able to get a 3T MRI image that was needed for a very reasonable out of pocket expense. The report was very detailed and helped me to get approval for surgery.

Immaculate facility with high quality level machines and top notch, incredible staff! I’ve gone here for the last three years for my MRI scans and will not ever go to another facility. The front staff and techs all have taken care of me like no other. Kayla, Emily (both Emily’s), and Lisa are all so friendly, warm, understanding and always puts the patients first. The facility is always super clean, modern, and upon walking in, I feel at ease. I always get super anxious doing my MRIs and everyone here makes you feel so comfortable and always attend to all of your needs. I feel super happy every time I leave the facility. My appointments are always on time. If you miss your appointment or late, they try their best to work with you and your schedule. Sometimes, there might be a wait (mostly my fault for being tardy lol) but it doesn’t bother me at all. I understand as I’ve been to many appointments to treat my tumefactive multiple sclerosis, that sometimes especially in medical settings, the doctor, tech, nurse, etc. can run behind due to treating another patient, other issues, etc. And that’s okay, it happens and you roll with it. At the end of the day, you want a facility that genuinely cares about you and here, they do.
Speaking for myself but I’ve never had a problem with them answering the phones or receiving my reports. They’ve always came in pretty quick and all I need to do is send them an email to request them or pick up a CD. I plan to come here for as along as they have me! Thank you Insite Radiology for always taking good care of me! YALL ARE THE BEST!!!!

The best imaging location in Jacksonville. Absolutely amazing staff clean facility and extremely efficient/quick. Lisa and Emily are always happy every time I’ve been here they’re extremely willing to go above and beyond to me my visit fast and efficient. Thank you all for understanding the value of time.

Waited almost an hour past my scheduled appointment time. I arrived 10 minutes early to complete paperwork and pay. Once I checked in for my 7:40pm appointment, I sat patiently waiting for 50 minutes until I finally went up and asked for an estimation of when I would be called back. She stated 3 more minutes. Luckily she was right. I was called back and had my MRI. I then asked for the CD of my MRI in which this lady said that the one who does CD’s had just left and we were the only ones in the building. She said I could come back tomorrow to pick it up. I don’t want to go back and spend more time waiting for something I paid for and had a scheduled appointment for.This whole experience was extremely frustrating and lacked patient care.I do not believe this business should be scheduling patients past 7:00pm because they are not effectively able to do their job. The least they could have done was let me know they were running behind but I received no communication until I went up an hour later to ask.

It took 5 days for a radiologist to look at my X-ray and send a report. RIDICULOUS!!!!! I have not seen anything like this before.

The staff welcomed me as soon as I walked into the office. I wasscheduled for an MRI of my lower back and was seen immediately. The procedure was flawless lasting less than 20 minutes. Donna, Alex and Emily are true professionals.

I've had several things like MRI, X-rays, etc.....they get my orders from my doctors and pretty much can get in to see them that day or the next. Plus they're not far from my house and everyones friendly!!

Great service. Provided me with all the information and was in-out with 30 minutes. MRI system is comfortable, provided hearing protection, blanket and answered all my questions throughout the process. Much better than a hospital setting! Great Job!

I had an appointment set up at this location. My appointment was for last week. I was unable to make it to that appointment so I called the office the morning of and asked to reschedule. They didn't have any availability until the following week which was fine. I was told they had an opening today at 5:50pm. I drove over an hour in rush hour to arrive to the office. When I arrived at the desk at 5:45pm for check in, I was told by Donna that I do not have an appointment and that they had attempted to call me to reschedule. I'm not sure what happened, if they decided to give my appointment to someone else or did not enter it properly at all. I did verbally confirm via phone last week, for today. This is extremely unprofessional and unaccommodating. Be careful booking appointments over the phone. I would call to confirm before you drive along distance to go to this place. I'll be asking my Dr. for a referral to another imaging company.
