Ms. Topaz Reid was very knowledgeable and detailed about the tax laws. She answered and explained all of the questions I asked if her. She was very courteous and friendly great customer service. I will definitely see her next year at the Jackson Hewitt location on Normandy Blvd.

I truly appreciate the customer service of the representative. Marva Hendrix her diligent work help me.get more money on my taxes. Because I did not bring one of my returns. And she told me you need to get that for you can make sure you receive all the taxes that's you sopose revieve and I truly appreciate that she didn't have to wait on me to go find my other return. She really care about her customers

2023 Taxes done by Jackson Hewitt. Had an appt for 2pm. We were early and they started early. We were in and out and on with our day. The tax professional was prepared and knowledgeable.2021 Tax Season- Used them again this year. They were busy and was glad I made an appointment this year, which was easy to do online. Ms. Youngblood did a fantastic job. She was polite and professional. Will go here again next tax season.2020 Taxes-Mya did a good job. And we were in and out as walk ins. I was very surprised by the expedient service at this location. All the staff were friendly and helpful. If you're looking for tax help, this is the place for you.
