Great place, honestly the best tax service I’ve ever had. I will say they’re very professional efficient polite and very knowledgeable with what they do , two of the sweetest women I’ve came across couldn’t have gotten any more lucky. This is a place I would recommend to anyone in the Jacksonville area you will not be disappointed, the amount of relief I got this year was a life saver have to say thank you again for everything very genuine women working here I met today?? all that being said don’t miss out truly the best experience from these sweet ladies ?

We've been having our taxes prepared at Jackson Hewitt for 24 years. Virginia Holder has prepared them for over 20 years, if not longer. We actually follow her from office to office to make sure that she's the one who prepares them. We not only feel that she's extremely knowledgeable, but we feel confident that our taxes are prepared correctly. Virginia's overall customer service is excellent, and she is a great asset to Jackson Hewitt. We just love Virginia and look forward to working with her each year!!!

While I applaud the actual Tax preparation done by Ms Holder, I find the persistent texting, emailing and tenacious reminders of this business to be very disruptive and annoying. Daily reminders for weeks on end are an irritation.

Absolutely the best place to get your taxes done! Sharon Hice is AMAZING! Ginni is too! We have been coming here for several years now and will absolutely continue to come back! Ginnii Holder is a wonderful Tax Preparer!She was most knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. She really came thru and figured out things that I could not. I highly recommend her and Jackson Hewitt. I will be back next year.
