Ann and the guys did a great job. Ann especially went above and beyond she actually came back and finished the other girls portion of the packing. The guys were great I was on the 3rd floor and they moved so much in the heat and were careful and organized with all my stuff. I think this is my 6th pack out and this is definitely in the top 2 of best experiences.

Will change the rating after we see how the claims process goes. We were missing a lot of things, some very valuable to us as well. Also Damaged very expensive vintage bedroom set that's not even made anymore. The movers didn't take their job seriously at all. You're moving someone's life act like it. Very disappointing.

They moved my daughter and they were the most respectful young men. And they were very professional and careful when they were moving her things. I would recommend this company.

We had a really great experience with our HHG packout. Everyone we worked with was extremely responsive with our questions and speedy but safe with our belongings. We cannot say enough good things about the team we worked with from start to finish!

This company does not deserve the rating they have and I'd like an apology from the owner of this customer service based business.I had an incident where one of the employed drivers of this company was blocking me from accessing my garage. I sat outside and waited for the driver to return, and after about twenty minutes I decided to get the company associated with the truck a call. I spoke to a woman on the phone and I was reassured that she would call the driver and have them move their vehicle. I asked for a follow up phone call to let me know that this was complete. She asked for my name and number and said as soon as she got off the phone with me she would execute this. Needless to say, I waited an additional twenty to thirty minutes and did not receive a phone call and still had no driver in sight. Therefore, I followed up with my apartment complex and put in a request have the truck towed at the owners expense.Soon there after, I saw the driver and asked him to move the truck and was immediately met with an attitude which then turned in me and the driver arguing back and forth and he told me that because he could not block the handy cap spot that he had to block someone and that was it. I proceeded to inform him that I will just let the tow company handle it. However, he magically found a spot to park the truck once I said this.Once I was able to access my garage, I made an additional attempt to contact the moving company and a man answered the phone. I gave him a brief description and asked for the woman's name in which i had spoke to previously. He denied me this information and then said that he didn't have to provide me with anything including his name. Then when I was explaining that this was poor customer service he told me that I wasn't going to tell him how to run his business and then hung up on me.

If I could get 0 stars, I honestly would.I had an incident that included the owner and the (at the this time) women working with him on this day. They were both unprofessional, rude, and provided poor customer service. I had one of the truck drivers blocking me access to my garage and all i needed them to do was move it. I waited around for about an hour and a half for nothing. Had I not made multiple complaints and got a tow truck company involved I'd still be dealing with this. I ended being late for work and no one is going to pay me for my time missed. I wasn't even offered an apology from the management for the unprofessionalism and inconvenience. I am in disbelief that anyone could hang up in a customers face and tell them that they will not provide any information that would help lead to justice in this situation: and be in the business of customer service. I was able to provide the truck number and explain several times the situation and my circumstances and I was still yelled at and treated in a very poor manner.

Rude employees! I was at a Circle K the other week trying to get gas and I was pulling up to a pump and one of their trucks with 3 employees in it was coming head on and trying to get to the same pump when I was clearly there 1st. I had to back my vehicle up so they would not hit me. But I had to pull to another pump and wait to get gas. Once they departed their vehicle 2 of the employees went into the store and the other one started pumping gas none of them apologized for what they did and just laughed about it. If this is how they do business and their employees are this rude I would not recommend them to anybody. The employees behavior was absolutely disgusting. Even someone else in another vehicle that was getting gas saw what they did and thought that their behavior was absolutely horrendous. I have never used this company myself but if this is the way they act and do business I will never use them and I would not recommend them to anybody either.

American Safety Movers was the company that was subcontracted out to deliver our military move back from OCONUS. They sent 2 trucks to deliver our stuff, a semi and a straight truck. The semi got shutdown at the florida scales on US 17 for 5 safety violations. The movers unloaded the straight truck load as expected. They then went to the semi and broke the seals on 2 shipping crates without me being there to witness it as DOD policy requires. The straight truck crew transfers the contents into their truck and brings it to my location and then proceeds to unload it in a rushed manner. Once the semi driver had remedied the 5 safety violations, he realized he couldn't make the turn into my driveway, forcing them to go back to their office and transfer the container to 2 straight trucks. When they arrived mack at my location they were careless in the way teri unloaded the containers. The crew was working as if it was a pay day Friday and they needed to get finishedas quickly as possible. They slid boxes and paper wrapped totes down the ramp causing damage to the boxes and totes. The company has vehicles that fail DOT safety inspections and workers that don't care about your belongings, avoid them if possible.

This was a Navy move. The packers were nice and fast. The movers was equally nice and fast. A TV was broken in the process of the move but I filed a claimed and was paid out after over a week. The star shortage is due to the claim process for the TV. I had to keep calling and emailing.

Worst moving company. Do not use them! If the military assigns them for a house hold goods move, ask for a change or something. HORRIBLE! Brand new tote I bought to store my uniforms in, bent in half and my combination cover destroyed. Ottoman broke. Entertainment center buckled from too much weight. A fragile box with valuables in it, stacked at the bottom. When they came to pick up our stuff, they threw our couch on top of all our other stuff. The lady who inventories everything and packs it, opened up a wedding gift we didn't even open yet, still in a sealed box, because the plastic measuring cups were rattling. It clearly stated in my paperwork, that if a package as not yet been open by the owner, mark it as so, and pack it as is.
