Simply had a great vehicle available, but when I was ready to look on they made the price reachable. I could have bought a less expensive truck anywhere. They made a better, newer truck alittle more affordable and had good service while doing it.

11/3/25 Service Review: I have been absolutely loving my 2024 XF, but wanted something checked out. It was a potential safety issue so they got me right in for my first service appointment since purchasing my vehicle in March. Jatin was my amazing service advisor and could not have been more professional! He very clearly outlined the approach they would take and kept me updated via text every step of the way, ensuring he had my approval before proceeding to the next step. They spent nearly 3 full days running diagnostics, conducting thorough inspections, and taking it on several test drives. When they were satisfied everything checked out, I picked up my spotless vehicle and was amazed when he told me there was no charge. I was stunned! One of main reasons I chose the Jaguar over other vehicles in the same class was due to the outstanding reviews for this service department. I was not disappointed! Thank you again to Jatin, my technician Jean, and the entire team!

Original review, March 2025: When the time came to purchase my next vehicle, I targeted retired loaner vehicles. I was initially looking at a completely different make and model and it came down to two vehicles, one at a dealership out of town and another online. In both cases, the dealerships played games, and additionally, both local dealerships where I would be taking the car for service got horrific reviews. In the end I just couldn’t seal the deal because of these significant misgivings. Then I found a vehicle that checked all the boxes at Jaguar of Jacksonville. From my initial contact w Taylor, I was impressed w his professionalism and responsiveness. He had the car ready to go when I showed up for our appointment and answered all my questions honestly and thoroughly. He also helped me maximize my trade value. There was absolutely no trace of the high-pressure tactics that are so common in this industry. I ended up interacting w all 3 managers over the course of my two visits and each were committed to ensuring I was comfortable w the vehicle and process. It made an impression that even though I was probably purchasing one of the more reasonable vehicles in their inventory, they made me feel as valued as though I was purchasing a six-figure vehicle. Chris, one of the finance officers, made the process quick and painless (despite my throwing a few curveballs!). And hello!!!! The warranty is best in class and maintenance is included! The maintenance department gets amazing reviews, which was an important criterion. Finally, an encore specialist COMES TO YOUR HOME to walk you through the functionality of your vehicle. Caleb was and continues to be fantastic (and patient) w all my questions. Truly an unparalleled experience. I am fully confident they will stand by me and this vehicle. Thank you, team!

Had a difficult situation with the vehicle but Jatin kept me informed throughout the time it took to get resolved. Had loaner vehicles throughout and vehicle delivered back to me. Had an additional problem after returned. Again got a loaner and was informed about progress throughout. Was well taken care of and dealership/service was excellent. Vehicle running well and happy with the outcome.

Great experience at jaguar jacksonville service center. Dan was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I was kept updated on all finding. The waiting room is very comfortable.
