Leah at Self Help Credit Union-is my favorite leading lady. I couldn’t do business without her. She is so genuine and sweet. Her attention to her customers are unmatched and as long as she is there I will continue to do business. Although they have an amazing team at the Lenox Office she is my person.

I had some issues with my PIN number and my on line account. I went to the branch at 3033 Lenox Ave and the ladies there went above and beyond to help me. The took care of all my issues and made sure I have a direct number to contact them from now on. I am more than satisfied with the service I received here at this branch.

Used the ATM here to withdraw $60 then asked a teller to exchange 3 twenty dollar bills for $10s. Was told I couldn’t do that because I don’t have an account there. It’s cash. I’m not depositing or withdrawing. There’s no transaction to be made. I don’t need an account. It’s a piece of government issued paper, nothing more.
