Have been going here for YEARS! they are the only ones I go too ! Even when I moved an hour away I would make the drive to get to them! From lashes to my fingers and toes being done! They’re literally like my family and greet me as soon as I walk through the door! They even do my daughters nails and toes when she goes with me ❤️

I am burning hot thinking about my experience with this place I just moved in the area so decided to come here. I was questionable, but I came anyway due to the fact that I was the only one that was in there. I told them when I got there that I just wanted a full set then they kept pressuring me to get a pedicure, but my toes were perfect the way they were they just needed to fill because I get acrylic on my toes. Well, they ended up taking my feet one person and filling the whole new set on top of my perfectly sculptured feet and they ended up uneven, and my big toe was facing towards the left and it looked like I had a crooked toe. I kept telling him that they kept saying they were gonna fix it and they never did. There was three different people that worked on my nails the one guy Michael he did my fill my fingers and they were perfect, but then he just stopped and then he got some old guy sitting in the corner to do my
Gel now this would make the third person that’s worked on my nails before you could even finish. I was so aggravated. I just wanted them to stop and I asked him how much it was gonna be and he said 150 are you kidding me $150. I paid it but I’m sitting here looking at my nails and I’m aggravated as crap so I had to write a review. I don’t think that anybody there except for the one guy Michael has a license to do nails. There’s no way possible they know how to do nails I mean $150 for what I told you I have acrylic on my feet not I want a full set on my feet. I need to fill that was it maybe I just wanted to leave him alone really they were so cute now they look like horrible uneven I’m just pissed

I use to always go to this nail salon when I lived nearby. Last time I went there was about a year ago. When I walked in for my appt. 3/1/25 with Kim, whom I completely adore, I was greeted with warm smiles and hugs as they all remembered me. Got my pedicure and ingrown taken care of perfectly as always.

They are dishonest. I went in for a basic mani and pedi, and the cashier attempted to overcharge me, claiming it was $40 for gel polish, $20 for my hands, and $20 for my feet. I’ve supported their business before, so to see them take advantage of their customers like this is disappointing. If you decide to visit, be sure you’re clear on the pricing upfront, or they’ll inflate your bill and take advantage of you.

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but yalllll, the massage I just received with my pedicure was so goood!!
When I walked in, everyone spoke and with a smile. I was sat down immediately and my tech took his time and checked in with me throughout the experience. I will be back!

Sheena, Michael and the Pedicure Ladies are AMAZING!!!! I have been going to this shop for over 4 years. Never had an issue. They all greet me by name and actually talk to you during your service. Sheena does amazing eyelash strips, and brow tint. Always a happy customer. ?

The staff at Jax Nails and Spa have always been so friendly and courteous to me and my family. They even remember customers by name even when you have not been there for a while. I tried a nail salon closer to my home for a while and they just was not as great as Jax Nails and Spa. During my most recent visit, I brought my daughter because she needed her nails done for Prom. Sheena and Michael were able to make her nails EXACTLY what she wanted them to look like. Both my daughter and I were very pleased and impressed. I will return to Jax Nails and Spa very soon and continue to utilize their services!
Requested style: Jax Nails has always been able to sucessfully do any kind of nail art that I or anyone else who I have went there with have asked for.
Cleanliness: The salon is always very clean and inviting. I almost fall asleep every time while getting my nails done (lol) They have upgraded their massage chairs and other decor and furniture over the past few years. Very serene and comfortable salon.
Stylist: All of the staff members there are GREAT!

This is literally the WORST pedicure I’ve ever received in my life. For one I asked for square all my toes are round. Second my left big toe was cut so short it was bleeding and it hurts now a day later. and the guy was very rough he damn near pulled me out my seat while attempting to massage my feet. This is hands down the worse pedicure experience I’ve ever had. And they charge 25$ extra for gel and 15$ for ONE nail tip with no acrylic.

Visiting from Tampa and bright to this wonderful place by my sister. They took great care if my nails and didn't drill my in oblivion which is very different from what I've experience at other places.

I was there with my mother today, Of all the pedicures I have received this is hands down the worst. Nothing about the experience was at all relaxing. I am certain the person that did mine didn't know what he was doing. It was quite painful. The massage chairs are awful. I am still trying to do the math here too. $170???? for 2 pedicures and 1 manicure? No thank you
