I had ordered a Marlee white dresser from my local furniture outlet store and decided to go back and order the matching chest. Unfortunately, my local store was not able to fulfil the order, so I started looking online.
I came across Jax Mattress and took a chance of contacting them to see if they would be able to order and deliver to another city in the state. I live approximately 3 hours from Jacksonville and fortunately, delivery was an option at a reasonable price. I noticed that Jax Mattress had fabulous prices on their furniture. The chest was lower than what I would have paid IF my local store was able to order. The purchase price and delivery provided savings all around.
Obtaining an actual arrival/delivery date couldn’t be confirmed since the chest was coming from the west coast. I knew from previous experience that it would take 6-8 weeks (and then some) before the chest would arrive. Unfortunately, we were in the start of the hurricane season which also caused a slight delay.
Todd delivered the chest today, 10/30/24 (early morning) in perfect condition. Communication was also a key factor. Todd, (and Brad), were always polite and receptive when I would call for a status and very quick responding to text messages.

I am new to the area and found JaxMattress through Google/Google Reviews and they did not disappoint!! Todd helped me pick out the perfect bedroom set and mattress that was within my budget. The pieces were ordered and delivered/set up quickly and beautifully by Todd as well. Brad is a great business owner! We bought a mattress set and come to find out that we purchased the wrong size! Brad was so awesome and let us exchange it for the size we needed without a worry! Great price and service for top of the line adjustable bed and mattresses!! Vibration, head tilt, night light and usb ports. Next day delivery, set up and hauled away my old mattress and boxspring. Brad, the owner is so easy going and friendly!! The mattresses in this pic are still fluffing up. Hybrid mattresses!!

Careless with equipment. The guy loading scratched my truck with his dolly leaving a deep gash and green paint from the green dolly and then when I pointed it out he immediately said “I didn’t do that” I would except more accountability from a grown man than that.
