The staff there is super nice! I wanted to specifically mention Lisa Pierce in lingerie she helped me pick out Shapeware and figure out my bra size. She was so knowledgeable and super sweet. She made shopping feel like a breeze! I will be back to this location. Also, I wanted to mention Denice that checked me out she told me about the kids activity every second Saturday of the month and was super helpful and sweet!

A act of such kindness and efficiency at JCP forced me to doa review. I went there Saturday, bought a blouse, promptly lost blouse (later realized I'd left on knob in bathroom stall).
Well that evening, I got a credit on my card for price of blouse. Someone had found (don'tknow if a great staff or kind customer), gotten it to the hands of staff, receipt in bag and they refunded me. It showed a lot of integrity. A+

This store is a friggin oven- dear lord why was it 100 degrees inside this store?!
I was fighting for my dang life in the dressing room. Trying on clothes when you're sweating profusely?! This crap should be an Olympic sport.
Bless the employees of this sauna for working an entire shift here- I hope you're all staying hydrated.

I called almost at closing time on 01/11/25, hoping someone in jewelry would be able to help me.
Ms. Cecile answered and was SO very pleasant and incredibly helpful. I had been in the store earlier that day and took a picture of the ring I wanted, but I didn't realize my finger cut off the last few numbers of the description.
I live almost 2 hours away from the store and she went out of her way to allow me to send her the pictures that I had and she was able to find it for me!
I highly recommend having Ms. Cecile help you with any questions, or any jewelry selections you may want, because you will be guaranteed a very rewarding experience!

Bathrooms continue to be nasty and have been for many years. Need more cash registers as the lines were unbelieving long.
