First time at this location and it was a pleasure to eat there . Took our order quickly and accurately, filled it promptly and for not for a ton of money. All in all a great experience . Food was fresh and tasty as everything was made to order perfectly.Wheelchair accessibility: I gotta mention that handicap parking was just outside the door of this establishment and very easy access .

This review is after trying 2 separate ways of contacting the corporate office to receive recovery for a horrible meal experience. This experience happened on 12/30/2023, 12/31/2023, 1/11/2024 and complaint filed with the company 2/09/2024.Lifelong Customer, Please read this whole situation as I went out of my way to mitigate it properly.A sub cracker is not the quality that I expected the night that I ordered two giant Italian subs made mikes way from this location. I was unaware of the stale bread as I did not handle it before unwrapping it in my home after getting home from the store. This made the sandwich disappointing to the point where I only ate half and decided to bring the other half back to the store the next day. The staff I interacted with advised me that there was nothing they could do and in my opinion, they were not very friendly about it at all. I then asked for the general manager's information and I was given a card for Christian Phone number 772-267. I proceeded to call him and I was aware that it was New Year's Eve day but he picked up advising me he was on vacation. I was given the chance to explain my issue as I was rushed off the phone however he did advise me that he would put me in his remake book on his arrival back at work. I agreed with that and accepted the compensation. I called the store on Jan 11, 2024, to make sure I was in the book due to the need to provide dinner due to having to return to work to cover a shift. I was advised that I was not in the remake book so I asked for a manager where I spoke to Ryanne the new general manager, I advised her of my situation and she then told me that Christian was no longer at that location, he had moved to the Oakleaf store. I advised her of Christians remedy to my situation and she told me to call back as she reached out to him about my situation. I called back 5 minutes later and was told that he did not know what I was talking about and told me I needed to prove I purchased both sandwiches, I advised her that I had the original receipt with the general manager card from when I complained about the quality of the sandwich. She then told me she would be there until 6:30 pm and I told her I would be there before then and I would see her soon. I got to the store around 6 pm I saw the staff was busy with a customer and decided to ask for the manager after they were done and was told she wasn't there but I observed a laptop displaying the Jersey Mikes platform on the back table. I decided to move on as they were not willing to help me.I have been a lifelong customer since I was born in Point Pleasant NJ. This is sad and damages the brand but more so as I enjoy the subs normally I will now refrain from being a patron until I am compensated for this horrible experience.. I still have the original receipt and Managers card.

The GM, Christian and staff member Kianni were on the TOP of their game when I visited this location. They made the subs faster than I could get the order out of my mouth. No small feat, with big smiles on their faces, too. This won't be my last visit.

Ordered on the app and it switched locations. The employye advised me that the app has been malfunctioning and that customers have been complaining about that. Called the restaurant where order was made to ask for refund due to it being 30 mins away told no refunds. What a joke. On top of it being 20 for one sub which is crazy they couldve just help fix the issue. Especially if your advising me that yes the issues with orders being sent to wrong location is occuring

Very poor service mgr was extremely combative someone please educate and train for correct policy and procedure and if you say ots almost up then make me wait 20 minutes watching my food sit there while your cleaning the counter and
