Went in this evening to pick up a mobile order my wife placed on her app with a pickup time at 8:20. Waited in store until 8:40-8:45 when sandwich was ready. When I asked the young lady who handed me the sandwich if the pickup time we originally received was possibly a mistake, she replied "Yeah it was an accident. Things happen". Honestly was pretty taken back by her response. Franchisee/Owner/GM - Just because an employee has full availability and is reliable, it doesn't necessarily mean that he or she is valuable. Actually he/she could potentially be your greatest liability if put in the position to be the face of your business that you've worked so hard for.

First time coming to this location, had the greatest experience and the food was spot on! Noah was absolutely wonderful and deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. I definitely will be back to this location!

All the staff unhappy! Nobody smiles ! Esp the girl with blonde braids in her hair!!! I got the Club Supreme and she didn't add the bacon to the sandwich that I paid for!! Very unfriendly and acts like she hates her job. But the whole place in general staff wise not interested in interaction with guests. Sat here and watched while I ate and it's horrible. If you don't like your job then find another one! Or don't be in service industry

Just went to pick up dinner for myself and my fiancé and Diego had the customer service skills of a soggy noodle! Not only was he down right rude to me but the way he was speaking to the other 2 employees there working was completely unacceptable. Any employee that complains on him for his treatment should be heard and believed! He’s simply mean. I will NEVER visit here again. Not EVER!

We've been to this location a handful of times, since we live in the area. Service was only good one time. Theres always different employees. The two working today (Sunday 06/24 about 2pm) were so lazy, unwelcoming and unconcerned with orders not going out timely. Our sandwiches were good. I received a message my order was ready and still waited 20 mins, my order wasn't even started when I got there and I could tell the other 2 ladies waiting were frustrated by waiting a while. So as much as I enjoy subs from here, I think we will take our business down the road to Larry's.

I'm not sure what has happened lately, but I have to agree with the recent reviews. Every time I go in lately they are arguing about who is going to slice the meat, today there was 3 employees at the register cashing out ONE person, in the meantime you have people waiting to order. There does not appear to be any kind of authority because they're always bickering, slow and clearly have no customer service skills, and if one of these kids is in charge be prepared to lose more customers bc they're literally running your long time customers out.

We order 3 sandwiches for my family. I spend $51.00 I was very disappointed!! it is so dry. I felt like I was eating sand. When I placed the order I put the exact oil & vinegar. didn't get it. It was the most terrible sandwich I ever ate. I call Jersey Mike he told me there is nothing he can do for me. Unbelievable We couldn't eat the sandwich. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
