Travaris helped me out and greeted me nicely, I would've felt more welcomed had I dealt with him my entire time there. However the tech I had was Sapphire and shes not approachable AT ALL and lacks the work ethic when it comes to customer service. She's better off working in a junk yard with her attitude. I normally don't even get my oil changed any where but my dealership for top tier customer service, so it was my first time there and it solidified why I don't even go to places like this.

Dalton spoke with us and took very good care of us. A little bit of a wait for the in cab air filter about 15 minutes. Alittle expensive. I would recommend stopping by there for every oil change.

Oil change goes quick but they don't check anything for the signature change and will not inform you if anything is low. They'll use the excuse that "our equipment is down and can't service it" but that shouldn't stop them from checking the levels like they are paid to.
