Darrell, Shaw, and Castleberry absolutely made my day!!! They were super helpful. Quick, but professional and informative. They worked together, keeping me informed about their every move(while not missing a beat). Service was an absolute 10 out of 10. Thank you again to the awesome, amazing fellas over at jiffy. These people have horrible customer service. A miserable manager who obviously can't afford to retire and employees without proper management. Last time my wife came here to get an oil change she complained and I decided to come anyway due to the locations proximity. That was a bad idea!You've been warned!
