The worker was not nice. He had an attitude when speaking to me just because I asked why the oil change went from $50 to $96. Simple question. He told me to shop around before coming to get a oil change next time. I just felt that comment was not necessary. I always get my oil changes at the same place. But Never this location again

This place is absolutely ridiculous don't waste your time. I went there for an oil change waited for like 25 minutes and they let somebody go in front of me I was clearly in line. If I can't trust them with basic directions and following order of customers coming to the facility, I'm not trusting them with changing my oil. Jiffy lube has such a bad reputation but I checked out this store because it has high reviews. 15 minute oil change my ass.

Horribly unprofessional. Arrived for an oil change and was told it would be about 20 minutes, 25 minutes later they came back and told me that I didn’t really need an oil change yet. although I already was 2,000 mile over my recommended. I let them know I wanted the oil change. 45 minutes later the employee returned and informed me they don’t have the proper tools to change my oil? How does it take that long to determine you can’t even change my oil? It’s a Volvo S60 , surely they know what cars they can accommodate??- NO?

I took my car for an oil change at this location in January 2024. By August 2024, I started experiencing car issues, so I took it to a different company for a service check. They inspected my oil filters and informed me that whoever did the oil change back in January never replaced the filters or completed the full job.
I gave this location 20 days to follow up with my concerns, and all I kept hearing was, “A manager will reach out to you.” No one ever did. When they finally responded, their excuse was that the employee who did the service is no longer with them. They also claimed the filters were replaced, even though they were dated for 01/2023. My recent service confirmed the filters were never changed—they were so old and used, there’s no way they were replaced in January.
The lack of responsibility and follow-through is alarming. I would not recommend trusting this place with your vehicle.
