Sean and Darnell were so helpful this morning when I came for my oil change. First time in my new car, so we’re so helpful getting set up for the change. Super friendly, and I pulled right in. No wait! Always nice for quick service as a busy mom. They were both so friendly and made it a piece of cake experience and got me off to the rest of my day. I love the convenience of drive through service where I can wait in my car and be in and out “in a jiffy”. Would recommend this location to busy moms on the go!

The staff was courteous and respectful, but after they began the work they informed me that they had no motor oil, just the more expensive blend and full synthetic. Jiffy Lube with no motor oil? Isn’t that their main mission? They could have informed me before they drained my oil and then charged me more for a product I didn’t want. Plus they didn’t have the correct oil filter so one had to be ordered. I am usually very pleased with Jiffy Lubes, but this was really disappointing.
