I gave a four because the only person I've dealt with at the time was Jessica. She provided excellent service as for getting a policy started for my mom and making sure everything is taken care of so there's no hidden charges or mistakes down the line that will cause an increase in her premium during her six months.

I've been with State Farm since I was 16(my dad had it forever too). Started with Joe McGhee back then and still with them. I have to say they make it easy to do just about anything; moving, changing policies etc. Always friendly!!
