Interviewed here. They have a strict dress code and interview. Plus the company heavily implies that you need to be vaccinated to work there which is hilarious given their vaccine was a compete failure.After going through the process and researching all their current issues with the talc settlement, I wouldn't want to work here or buy any of their products.

Alright so I will say I enjoyed working here. I loved it. like I made friends and yeah a few bad eggs but what work place dosen't have this? The reason I'm leaving low stars they fired me and my spouse out of the blue. they cited ' tomany days off' but I provided sick notes and littrally was told not to come back till a hospital looked at me for a head injury at one point. I suggest you don't work here because there is also a big divide between contractors and jnj employes. again I will say I was lucky with my coworkers and miss them greatly, but seems as though they will get rid of married couples if one partner gets sick too much and leave them with nothing. what they did could have caused my partner and me to live on the streets. they need to clean up their acts on that part.

How are you going to order $300+ in food and only tip the delivery driver $5, that is barely a 1.6% tip.It isn't like it is coming out of your personal pocket, it is a expense write-off.

Why offer a rebate program when you are actively working to make it as difficult as possible for a customer to get the rebate? What value does a flawed program like this provide for your customers? How does that improve Acuvue's brand loyalty? (It doesn't)Since 2019, they have found a reason to reject my first submission, every time. The rebate submission is ridiculously over-complicated, and you have to do it on a website that has multiple browser functionality issues (and data security concerns).I write this review in hopes that the Johnson and Johnson social media team will see it, and flag it for the right management team to review. As someone who works in marketing, poorly managed programs like this are bad for customers, bad for business, and reflect poorly on the marketing profession.

I was brought on for a contract position and was given 3 weeks to move for the job. A week before I start the person who I was supposed to be working with leaves the company and says someone else will be training me and my new supervisor. This person was not prepared and it was a chaotic on boarding from day one. No computer, no access to the systems for the job and after completing all the compliance training quickly I would sit around asking for work attending meetings I know nothing about since I can’t access anything. The recruiters would ask me weekly how things were going which started to seem strange and even admitted to me the new supposed supervisor was not prepared to train me and I was let go after just a month for no reason. I was unemployed for several weeks because of this company, there was no protection for me and I felt absolutely used. These people are unprofessional and a disgrace and I caution people to delve deep into things and possibly find someone in the company they offer you a job for on your own. Best part about this is I performed the job the day they let me go and they didn’t even tell me until the afternoon.

This is a horrible company to work for and an even worse one to do business with. We put out rebates that we make intentionally difficult for customers to be able to fill out and then deny them for no reason on purpose. Stay away from working here and doing business with this company.
