I have purchased numerous times from the location in Savannah. Never an issue. I go into this location, and all they care about is do I have an account or am I on an authorized list of buyers. I guess having money or a credit card is not useful anymore?It’s too bad that the people at this location aren’t interested in actually helping make a sale.

I've bought motor start capacitors many times from the downtown location, but today they didn't have what I needed and sent me to their Southside store where they tell me they only sell to hvac contractors. Oh well, I guess I deserve to waste 45 minutes of my time and gas because the three guys sitting behind the counter doing nothing are somehow too busy to deal with the general public.
