Buyer Beware, Everyone ! This shop seems to having major issues doing Gunbroker business on used firearms as of lately . They are selling & advertising firearms as complete, but missing parts when showing up to their customers. Not good business. Warning to all doing business with these guys

10/10 experience. Very fast turn around time on a pin and weld and extremely fair price. Customer service was great and they have some cool hydro dipped gun accessories in store. Would highly recommend.

I just want to start by saying THANK YOU! I recently bought a Magpul MLOK Bi-Pod and I placed it on the wrong area. However, I tried removing the screws and they getting stripped while doing so.
I decided to call Joint Force Enterprise. They told me it would take a day process which I can understand. I definitely do not want them to rush any repairs on my firearm.
I dropped off my Firearm and they took care of it it in 5 Minutes! So happy they came through! Thank you for providing exceptional services!!

Picked up my new performance center from these guys. Excellent customer service, walked me through multiple upgrade options and things to consider for my personal carry, and ultimately decided on getting a new one. The lead time is quite a bit and the time it takes to get back to customers is a little questionable. But they put out good work. I ordered one of their M81 Stock/Grip combos and it looks great, there are a few spots that are a little messed up, but overall pretty good.

Take more care not to scratch weapons when working on them. Put blue tape on your tools if you have to. Gouges and scratches are very annoying.

Wanted to change my buffer tube on my ar pistol and im so glad i found these guys. Even though it’s a small store, they got everything you need and can do any work for you firearms. Definitely be using them from now on. Overall 10/10

First time customer and ordered a firearm from the Joint Force Enterprises website. Process was effortless and efficient. I emailed JFE my FFL information and received the firearm in a few days. Sooooo I messed up my order. I selected a MLOK item and then in my rush selected a keymod item to be coated from them on two different builds I’m working on. The customer service is so good, they thought it was weird someone would order one keymod, and one Mlok attachment that they reached out to me. That is hands down the best customer service I have received. Not only were these items being coated, this saved the headache of returns, a wait on another coating, and honestly the let down as this is the icing on my builds. Thank you JFE for being so forward thinking, going above and beyond when you don’t have to; on and their products are awesome.
