If I could less than one star I would. We arrived at this location around 10:50am; we walked out at 11:10am. We were never acknowledged when we walked in; or once in the 20 minutes we walked around the store and my fiancé tried on jackets. I understand it’s prom season and you can be busy - but you let about $800 in sales walk out the door and not return. Do better.

Interesting to see other reviews similar to my experience on 2/22. I’ve spent a lot of money with Jos A Bank over the years but that may change after my most recent visit. One sales associate was busy with a customer while the other was free to help me since there were no other customers in the store. I didn’t get a greeting, an offer of assistance, eye contact, ANYTHING. To top it off, he then took a phone call when I was browsing dress shirts <10 feet from the sales counter. I was in the store for a good five minutes and was never acknowledged.Love the clothing, hate the zero customer service. Shopping elsewhere.

The staff was very RUDE and unwilling to assist. I’ve visited this particular location in St Towns center multiple times and received the same treatment. Even when I did receive a respond it was cold and unwelcoming. I’ve debated recently if I should leave the brand or just not return to this location I’m still undecided. If you’re from corporate and you’re reading this, please do better at this location.

Yesterday afternoon, made the drive in to the Town Center JoS A Bank Jacksonville Fl. looking specifically for an overcoat we saw online.I usually do this trip every Holiday season to update my husband’s wardrobe. Last year I was waited on by a young man who seriously was so into himself it made me uncomfortable BUT he helped me with my entire purchase.This year I was helped by no one.. management feel free to check the cameras.Walked the entire store with my phone in hand searching for the coat. There were at least 4 employees two at the empty register and several towards the back. I then stood at the register where a woman employee stared down at the screen.. after several minutes she says “do you want something?” Wanted to reply, no I just like standing here ☹️I showed her my phone with the picture of the coat and asked if it was in the store. She then turned to the gentleman doing nothing behind her and he glances at my phone says I think it’s over there and points to the front of the store..Mind you had he really looked at the picture he would’ve noticed it was a full length coat. He pointed at a mid length jacket. I still walked over to it to confirm it’s not the coat.Neither of the two bothered to check.I literally stood at the front of the store in disbelief that I couldn’t get anyone to give me the time of day!Ironically, as I’m going out the door with zero in hand, a young worker was coming in and said, have a good day and held the door ?

Where do I begin. My husband and I are getting married in two days and our experience with the St. John’s Towncenter has been nothing but a frustrating experience. We opted to go with JOS to purchase his tux at the St. John’s Towncenter, so we scheduled the appointment and arrived to said appointment early. After waiting for 20 minutes, we were greeted by a gentlemen that had no knowledge of the tux options. The attitude was “sure that’ll work”, not “these are your options for this particular tux.” He had no answers for our questions..How do you not know what pieces come with a tux? Regardless, we put on a good face and ordered the tux with faith things would work out. The day came to pick up the tux. After waiting 30 minutes for the store to “find” his tux, his jacket arrived larger than what was tailored for. We ordered the groomsmen black suits, instead they were given black tux’s. Lastly, he was given two different dress shoes which wasn't realized until today (2 days before our wedding) because the stitching is very similar. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location, or simply save your money and loaths of headache and go to Men's Warehouse. Wedding suit's and tux's are expensive and requires attention to detail. You WILL NOT find attention to detail at this location. Save yourself the frustration.

Don’t shop this location. Angel told us that they would expedite our order at no charge but didn’t document it and come to find out it didn’t arrive for 7 business days and delivered to the store instead of our house without a tracking number. Had to call and confirm it was delivered and they said yes, but no one called to tell me I could come and get my order. After confirming the jacket had arrived by calling the store myself, When we went to pick up the jacket, it had a tear in it and they had to reorder and start the whole process over again. This was supposed to be a jacket for a wedding that now already happened. Won’t be returning. Shop men’s wearhouse instead.

Heaven forbid you get a cheap garment bag when you spend $1,000 on a tuxedo. "Its not custom" says the mgr....well neither is the bag, but you CAN get one with a sports coat.

Walk in and the person who was working wouldn’t help me. His focus was to assisted the two separate customers, who came in after me, so I decided to leave.
