I hardly come in to shop here unless I really want the shoes I want but after today, BYE. I walked in and noticed nobody was there except the employee sitting on the counter counter writing, didn’t bother me cause she’s busy, I walked over to the Birkenstocks section to buy the clogs in a certain color and as I’m looking around and notice a guy came out of the back and kept starring at me for good 2 minutes while I’m on my phone and looking at shoes, he turns to his co worker to ask me questions. Like why couldn’t you ask me??? But the girl also looked at me then rudely asked me “ do you need something “. Right off the bat I knew they were going to give me shit but then I told her nicely if they had the clogs in a certain color so they both told me “ Noo.. “ without looking in the back. So then I walked out..

It was not the best customer service. Only one person talked to us when we went in, and we had to ask to be assisted/ to check out. It was stocked well and shoes are good quality, but customer service could use work.

Never have I been disappointed in journeys until now. Went in to exchange gifted socks that I put on then immediately took off when I realized they were the wrong style. Did not wear them out. Was denied an exchange and was told to go to the other journeys (underground) store in the mall which happily exchanged the socks no questions asked. Would not recommend this journeys location.

The journeys (under ground) that has the corner store was amazing today!!! Erin helped me with my shoe selection. So patient, sweet, and helpful! What a joy to shop when there are employees like her!!

Nice stuff. The employees were very inattentive. It seemed they had their own children in the store, and it was more of a daycare center at that point. Help was not forthcoming, so I bought from a different store.

EXCELLENT service. I had called them to find out if a purchase I made online through dcshoes.com would be acceptable to exchange/return or special order, and they said "absolutely" (I had called other dcshoes.com retailers and they said they couldn't/wouldn't accommodate).
By mistake I went into the other Journeys (underground) and explained the situation. I said "whoever I spoke with said you would be able to accommodate if you carry stock." Unfortunately that place they were very abrupt and cut me off telling me they can't do it. I had driven an hour and a half out of my way.
I didn't realize there was more than one Journeys.
Luckily, I continued walking through the mall to find a restroom and saw this Journeys. I almost didn't go in because I was afraid of how I'd get treated, but I went in anyway.
About 3 or 4 people helped me figure out the right size, the right replacement, and were so helpful and kind when I realized what we had was actually already the right size. We didn't end up purchasing anything because it wasn't needed, but the way they all jumped right in to help was so refreshing. They seemed very knowledgeable about their products and about shoes in general. One of the women gave helpful suggestions about how to make kids shoes more comfortable. She was extremely nice and professional. I have to say, this is out of my way, but next time I buy shoes, this is where I'm going. They have an incredible staff there.
