Paid $20 for gas, pump wasn't working and there was no sign saying such. Cashier said I couldn't get a refund because I used the self checkout, even with my receipt. And before that, I had to wait a while to pay at all because there's only one person in the store with a line of customers at the register.

First of all I walked in not knowing what I was going to get indecisive after work and bored waiting to pick up my daughter so miss Selma was so nice to help me not only pick out a great deal for a pizza but show me the new inventory they have which was delicious and Caleb who I had no idea was enjoying his first day of work is already just about manager's status as well as Samuel at the front he was very friendly I didn't want to leave because they were all so sweet up until I pump my gas with 40 cents off a gallon I want to recognize Miss Selma at this location on Pulaski road 11869 Jacksonville Florida.Caleb on his first day for doing such a great job I can see him as manager within a year or even a month! And Sam is all smiles as usual. Great team

not this one.
today's morning staff big?
requested if there were any pretzels. the young man at food counter stated No pretzels as if I had asked for a gold bar.
I asked could he make one up for me.
No we have a strict cooking order of food and pretzels are not priority.
I have been at this k store many times in am and there r usually pretzels.
I could see 2 pretzels thawing out on counter in front of me.
I went to get a frozen coke slushy the machine was not working.
While I was getting a soda drink I heard both the cashier and food handler burst out in loud laughter looking my way.
Now I can't say 100% I was the topic of the joke I can say it felt like they were laughing at me.
I went to pay for soda the clerk was not friendly.
I paid with 20$ bill. in the fluster of the moment I didn't notice that the clerk shorted my change by 5$.
I am certain the register next to pizza display will come up with overage of 5$
tried to call the store phone rang and rand the stopped no answer.?

This store has steadily gone downhill over the last few years. It's not clean, they're regularly out of many items, and most of the staff aren't interested in helping. I hate that this is our closest store.

Clerk in circle K on Main Street and New Berlin is a very rude and disrespectful person.

That's it I've had it with this Circle K store. By far one of the worst stores in jacksonville Duval. Slow line 10-15 min wait "I MEAN ALL THE TIME?" This is ridiculous. slow customer service, 1 person working all the time and have rude attitudes. For the love of God hire some employees that really want to work. NO STARs from me. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND... Unless you love 1 long line and all that I described above. I will not come back to this store I rather drive another mile. 5 ????? down from me..

I love Circle K stores. The coffee is always delicious. And fresh. And theses not much you can't find in there. Kinda like a smaller grocery store or fast deli inviroment. The 100% Columbian coffee is the best.
