My husband and I went in to Kay just for a ring sizing of all of our fingers. As soon as we walked in, we were graciously welcomed by Tori. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was high spirited and made the entire experience fun and enjoyable. Thanks Tori!!

I went in to exchange a Christmas gift and was immediately greeted by everyone in the store. Ariane helped me find the perfect pieces that match my taste and style. She even cleaned my other jewelry, and I brought in a chain for repair. The experience was very pleasant overall, and I am so happy with my new jewelry pieces that I can't look away from them. If a could give a zero I would. I bought my ring in for the six month inspection they said a prong was missing so they need to sent it out to be repaired this was 11/17/2023 promise date to get it back was 12//02/2023. I was calling the store for two days & was told the manager Jeanne would call me back I never heard from her.So me & my husband went to the store on 12/05/2023 they called the repair shop & said my diamond engagement ring had a chip in it so they need to replace the diamond the promise date was 12/12/2023. I’ve been calling the store they don’t answer. I just want my ring back that we paid for. The manager Jeanne Ernwine is useless. I called customer service several times they didn’t help at all useless too. I asked customer service for a higher up like a manager or supervisor they said they don’t really have one lol, I need to speak to the manager at the store lol. So I have no ring & no answers at this point. I may have to take legal actions at this point.

My experience today with Kay jewelers off Atlantic today was phenomenal. Ariane D. was absolutely amazing in helping my fiancé and I pick out my enhancer for my engagement ring that will be in place of a traditional wedding band. Her expertise, personality, repor and friendliness was top notch and contagious! I swear I have never laughed so much in a jewelry store in my life! The process of understanding and finding exactly what I wanted was seamless and stress free. We had looked there, gone to another store and had such a negative experience we couldn't drive back quick enough without breaking too many traffic laws hahaI would recommend Kay jewelers and Ariane specifically to anyone looking for a sales expert that is not only there to provide exceptional service but delivers with a smile as well. 10/5 stars ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I dropped my ring off for service on the 24th, and was told it would be back in the 3rd. However per my emails my ring sat at the store 5 days before it was sent off. After calling the store today I was told we'll it will be here next week, in which by the time it gets back it will be 3 weeks for a prong repair. Bless the young man for trying, but seriously. Clear and open communication is the best.

I setup an appointment to have a ring serviced. Their repairer is not on site, so I spent more than 45 minutes waiting around for the estimate, despite having an appointment. Even after they had the info on the cost (which they said would change after I sent it in... No, thanks), the woman helping me continued to answer the the phone and help everyone else. To top it off, the estimated pricing was 5x the amount it should've been! I absolutely went elsewhere and quite literally paid 1/5th of the price they "estimated." I can confirm I will not be returning.

Came at 11 to pick up a bracelet i had resized already now for the second time. 11:05, doors were still locked. Saw me standing outside didn’t even let me know they were not ready to open. 11:10 Opens the door and is not friendly by any means. Picked up my bracelet to see if it fit, I can see where they took off to make it a smaller size. The lady never asked me if everything looked okay or to even help me put it on just told me i was “all set”. The worst customer service. Do not go to this location.
