Keith took payment of $1,750 in February. He was supposed to complete a tax assessment for me in a timely manner. It's now July and he still hasn't prepared it. I've called and emailed multiple times. He has refused to issue a refund and keeps saying he will get everything to me tomorrow. He's been saying this for months. I left a review on social media, warning others about his behavior. He then sent a text message on my personal cell phone threatening to destroy my company and make sure I can't make a living. This is scary because he requires new clients to sign a POA. I do not recommend Keith. He took payment and did not provide the agreed upon service or products. To make matters worse, he is repeatedly sending threats saying he will destroy my business because I am speaking out about what he has done.Update: In response to Keith's reply: Keith's reply below is not true. He did NOT upload the assessment in April. When I emailed to inquire about it, he told me it was in my portal. When I informed him that it wasn't there...he then messaged to say he would upload the documents later that day. (See screenshots) They were never uploaded. It wasn't until AFTER I fired him, requested a refund and sent a written request to dissolve the POA that he scrambled to put together the documents. In an effort to cover his tracks...he uploaded the assessment yesterday afternoon. I paid in February. He uploaded them on July 10th. I called twice yesterday and he did not return my calls. He had time to sending threatening texts though. Telling me that if I keep up my bad reviews...he make sure I can't make a living. Keith, the ONLY way to make this right is to issue a refund of $1,750. Actions speak louder than words. As of now, you have stolen from me and then went on to threaten my business.

I had a *big* tax problem caused by a previous accountant that was from nearly FIVE years ago. I had been paying down a debt that was miscalculated for years and thought that I would be stuck paying because of the accountant's error (which they denied was an error). I came across Keith (after consulting several other accountants) and I'll admit that I was skeptical about if this could be fixed or not. He took the time to look through my several years of tax returns before charging me a single dollar just to see if he thought it could be fixed--and he said he thought he could. Fast forward the almost 6 months it took the IRS to review my returns, and, to my surprise I GOT THE CHECK IN THE MAIL FROM THEM!! I highly recommend that you contact Keith if you have a tax problem that has been going on a long time, or is the result of bad advice, or if you just aren't sure can be fixed or not. He's not only an expert at what he does, but he's also an honest, no BS, all-around nice guy! I'd give him 10 stars if I could, THANK YOU, Keith!!!

I can say with certainty, Keith Jones will not only file your taxes, but he knows all of the tax laws and he will save you the most money, or get you the best refund you've ever had. All while doing it 100% legally. This is my fourth year with Keith and he will continue to receive my business. I recommend him to anyone who needs help with their taxes.

At 50 years of age, I can say this was the best experience I've had in having my taxes done. Response time from Keith was exceptional, and the turnaround time on my tax preparation could not have been better. I know without a doubt who will be preparing my returns in the future.
