Honestly don’t bother trying to sell your items here. I have brought in 2 huge hauls now and each time only took 3 items. I take the same exact items to Moonbabies in Fleming Island and get $50+. Not worth the effort of even hailing it into the store. I’ve only tried twice to sell back items and I will never be returning. Highly disappointed.

The staff here used to be much friendlier, especially toward women and children, but lately the attitude has really gone downhill. Many of the workers are young and seem uninterested in treating customers with basic respect — it gives off “mean girl” energy. Management really needs to step in, because this isn’t the type of environment you expect from a store meant to help women and families.
The only reason I’m giving this rating is because I do appreciate that they’re being stricter with the clothes they accept, which helps maintain better quality. However, I’ve noticed they seem more lenient with certain customers — especially fair-skinned ones — when giving donation credits. That needs to be addressed to make things fair for everyone.
Even with their good deals, I won’t be coming back. It’s just not worth being treated poorly. We’re all human, and if you work at a place meant to support women, the least you can do is show kindness. AI will replace a lot of jobs in the future — we should be helping each other out, not tearing each other down.

My wife shops in Kid to Kid Jacksonville constantly. She always finds something that is perfect for our Granddaughter and Grandson. The employees are friendly, helpful and always have time to help us, especially if an item we'd like to purchase is high up. We appreciate having such a great place to shop !!
