Kim went above and beyond for us! I know everyone says that, but she absolutely did. She contacted our lender, asking questions I would never think to ask. She showed us the house more times than was probably necessary. She was always kind and endlessly patient. Would recommend a million times over.

My husband and I first met Kim King back in April of 2019, when we were first testing the waters to purchase a new home.We did not purchase a home in that time, but we did know that when we were ready Kim would be the right agent for us. Fast forward two years later my husband and I was contemplating on remodeling our current home or purchase a new home. Low and behold we received an email from Kim asking if we are still interested in purchasing a new home.To make a long story short, Kim help us sell our previous home and she help and worked with us to purchase our new dream home that we recently close on.Kim is absolutely wonderful to work with, it's like having a friend on the inside that is working for you. She really cares about her clients.Kim is the BEST!!!!She was thoroughly and professionally and great to work with. She kept us apprised during the entire process on selling our previous home and purchasing our new home. She was honest and forthright-no games.My husband and I consider Kim to be a part of the family and we will highly recommend Kim King to all our family, friends, and coworkers....she is awesome.
