Received horrible customer service from a woman who portrays the store manager. She was rude and aggressive to both customers and the staff. After budding into conversations, she would provide misinformation and judgement throughout her responses. Avoid this woman if you can and if you can’t- good luck while shopping.

Best Kirkland in Jax. Much better selection than town center, the girl working was super sweet (her name started with an “R” I can’t remember it) i live on the north side but will definitely surpass the town center and come here next time I want to go to Kirkland

Anna the manager was very rude to me when I went to pick up an order. I called a week ahead and spoke to a VERY NICE person named Cindy and explained that we would not be back in town until Saturday. She stated no problem. When we arrived Anna was rude and doubted the situation and stated she'd call corporate to prove me wrong but after she did, I was proven right. HR NEEDS TO HAVE A REVIEW OF HER. This is NOT a way to treat a customer.

Guess who had another bad experience today?..Me..Rude cashier..Didn't want to sell me a defective item with clearance tag of 4.97..She said it was marked wrong..I said it because it's broken probably..She was rude from when I walked in to when I left..Basically screaming saying that she wanted me to see her..why idk..she went to the back to get placemats because I needed 12 and then looked me in my eyes while scanning each one individually..lol..why idk..kinda weird of plus sized young lady with blonde highlights and dark roots..Didn't get her name but I'm pretty sure it's the same person from the other reviews..smhI ordered pictures at the beginning of December and still am waiting. The 1st order was shipped to the store but was "mistakenly" put out on the sales floor. After the literal 6th time I came in and saw the pic. I was told again that my order never came in. I purchased the 1 pic that was left 2 days before Christmas and chatted with a rep today. She didn't know what replaced as a status meant and also aced me on excessive holds. She also told me to be proactive and call the store to see when inventory comes in after I had already explained what happened last time. So at 12:20 I sat my "proactive" tail down and called the store when guess what? As soon as I stated the reason that I was calling the person on the other end spoke loudly over me by saying: "We are processing orders now and you will know if it's in when you get an email". I said nothing and just hung up. No need to keep begging and hoping to get items that I paid for over a month ago with no explanation or apologies it's time for action!!!

Rude, cashier cut this woman off before she could finish the first word of her question to state the obvious coupon policy. Talked down to the customer in front of me and then when she had to ask for a bag for the $100+ dollars worth of products she purchased the cashier rolled her eyes and huffed loudly at the lady. I personally tried to interact with the associate while browsing to find a picture and she tried not to answer my question by looking me dead in the eyes and then turning and walking the other direction. 20 min later she went(ran) to the register to ring customers up. And subsequently took out her rage on this lady and the while the older associate ringing customers went out of her way being pleasant and helpful to those she was assisting. Almost to make up for the unprofessional actions of the associate treating this women poorly. When it was my turn I looked her dead in the eyes and stepped to the other cashiers line. I dont mind waiting to be treated respectfully.

This store has to be the worst in the company. Anna has no business managing anyone. She's overwhelmed, rude, uneducated about Kirkland's ordering system or products.. Waste of time! Save your money. Take it somewhere that it's appreciated. Todays market customer service will make a company or break them! Her customer service skills are nonexistent!

Cheyenne, the store associate, acts like she is miserable at her job. I walk up to the register and she doesn’t say a word for about 30 seconds until she was ready to start ringing up my stuff. I had to tell her I have a rewards account… looks like she didn’t actually put it in for me. Guess that was too much to ask her to do. Online chat tells me I need to call customer service to get my large purchase added.I’ll be going to the St. Augustine store where the cashier there is always helpful and sweet!
