Bad store, bad service. Items labeled wrong. Products substandard. The store was a mess, unappealing to shop there. Walmart and Target are much better options.

The girl in the Amazon return area with the pink hair has a horrible attitude problem. I work in customer service, so I get it, and it takes a lot for me to be mad at something. You have to really go out of your way to be rude. But she is RUDE as hell. She slammed down the scanner thing on the table every time she scanned my return codes, threw the bags on the floor, and huffed and puffed the whole time. It was really weird and for no reason. Just super impatient. I spoke 3 words to her also so don’t understand the attitude.

Kohls has truly changed within the years. The quality and material of clothing are very cheap. The layout of the kohls store at Bartram is now like TJmax or Old Navy. I hate this store. I hope they rethink their plan or stocks WILL start falling. I, for one, will not be shopping at this store.

Pretty decent location. Just bizarre that I couldn't find stockings by the maybe I missed something. I do like their costume jewelry selection. I find it to be better than any other department stores. Highly recommend.

So, I placed an order online for pickup. Great, I get notified that my order is ready. I get into the store and see the sign for "Pick-up Orders" and head over, only to find out....NO one works pickup separately and was told I needed to get in the cashier line that had maybe 40+ people waiting. What is the point of doing online/pickup orders if you have to stand in Christmas Shopping regular checkout line?! Very poor way to manage pick-up orders. I expected a line for pickup, but NOT like that! I picked up orders today from Belks, Michael's & and Walmart, and their processes were quick and seamlessly easy & pleasant. I guess I will return during the week or at opening time or when I have 30 or 40 mins to wait in line. This review is solely based on my online/pickup experience and is no reflection on store appearance or the staff. This is more of a corporate or management issue.
