I was sent there for a pre employment drug test I am on prescription narcotics the job was aware and said that I was fine just bring in the the proof It was prescribed to me ..Dena Moring was my tech who did not log any of that information and when I had my paperwork from the pharmacy to show proof of it she was cocky and said she doesn't do that on there end
So now I more than likely lost this job opportunity thanks to her lack of knowledge to log that.Maybe is she wasn't so concerned about the police escorting a customer that was waiting for a test out of the lobby maybe she would have did her job more

I called to find out what's going on and what was transferred only to be hung up on what bad business and how rude

Came here and I had to use the bathroom my appointment was at 1pm I arrived at 12:45pm And didn’t get seen until 1:30pm so I had to hold my pee because they were behind which is not my problem Horrible service don’t even know why they make appointments if there not going to see you on time this is ridiculous they just want you to hold your bladder in the lobby ALSO I made an appointment because I didn’t want to wait any longer past 1pm Awful Service!

No happy with this location at all. Had a 9am appt. Got here 15mins early. Checked in online because the lobby was full. At 915am i go inside to use the bathroom. I waited 15 mins at the window before someone came up. I told them i had a 9am appt, checked in online and needed to use the restroom. At that time she tells me that the computers are down so i would need to sign in physically behind everyone else and since i didnt bring my orders she wouldnt be able to pull them up. So i waited for 45 mins for nothing. I feel.bad for all the people waiting in there car checked in, all the people.in the lobby. They have 1 person taking blood also. She was also working the front desk. Labcorps needs to get it together.

I see the reviews and I get it sometimes if I get the wrong person my experience isn't enjoyable either. But Tina has come to know me, she hits those hard to get veins and gets me out the door. I never asked appt because im always waiting. When I walk in ifs its backed up I leave. Lol u have to know when to go. Worst part is how early they close. My God if u have a job this close at 230 makes it so hard on ya.

I came in for a simple drug screen. I had my 2 grandchildren with me 2 year old 12 year old I was told by Brenda an employee that the kids couldn’t be in there. What if they needed blood work? The older one was able to watch her sister. This was ridiculous! Please hold these people accountable who work in your businesses!

Came to this location to have my Biometric done. Dena was awesome!!! She went over and beyond to help as I had printed out the incorrect form. She was very patient and friendly ❤️

I went in as a walk in. I only had to wait for 20 minutes. I like this location everyone is very respectful and friendly. I will recommend this location to my friends and family.

Now you MUST have an appointment at this location. Desk agent was rude in updating. The walk- clinic is accross the street on the First Floor of the Dillon building. Its a dingy room, with poor air circulation and No visible staff.
