Unfortunately the only Labcorp in Jacksonville open on Saturday. Very long wait times and they even push back your time if you're a walk in. Be prepared to waste half your day here

Fantastic service! Very clan facility with a large waiting room. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Especially the help I got from Marella. I had an issue with my paperwork for a drug test and Marella was able to efficiently resolve the issue on site real time. This saved me having to go back to the screening company which saved me valuable time. A +++.
I have used numerous screening labs over the years and this one is bar far the best one I have ever used. Well Done team!!

I had to go to this location because another didn't have the necessary equipment to do my labs. Marella was great, and definitely more professional than the other location I had visited.

My experience here today was amazing. The staff are wonderful, always smiling and very helpful. Mrs.Dee was amazing at the front desk helping me with everything I needed to check in. Very polite smiling and gracious.
As for Mrs. Marella thank you for the easiest experience I’ve had at a Labcorp. Mrs.Marella was so fast and soft handed I didn’t even know she took my blood and that we were done. It took total of 2 min for everything to be done and out the door I went. I will be coming back to this location every time I need my blood work done. Thanks again to the wonderful staff you lady’s were amazing.

Staff were very professional and thorough(Erikka) was the one who collected my specimen, prior to even sealing upon collecting, she’ll repeatedly verify if the information was accurate.Clinic was organized, you could see staff inside the desk while waiting, unlike the one on Beach Blvd.corner University that they a have tiny window.
*The only negative that I could comment on was the kiosk monitor, was not reading my QR code and a few of them looks damaged (like someone smashed the screen.)

Today I had the pleasure of being seen by Marella at Philips Highway LabCorp! She is so very friendly, patient, and professional! I give her a 10+! She is a very important person and a great employee of this company! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

After driving 29 miles to get to labcorp on Phillips hwy ,they don't do dot drug screens! I said my employer sent me here ! & I showed her the web site ! She said she has nothing to do with website! Always call ahead as they change rules as I do socks! Wasn't but 2 people in waiting room ,3 cars in parking lot & 1 was mine! Lady stated she has nothing to do with website & I COULD LEAVE ANYTIME.IT CLEARLY SAYS they do pre-employment drug screens, the paper work even had their address, I may have upset her napping 😴. She was rude ,said I told you we don't do drug screens!! Old blonde headed gal was upset she had to deal with folks I guess! , my previous trips in was the same way! But as long as I depend on oxygen ,I won't ever walk in another labcorp facility. THERE HAS BEEN SO MANY COMPLAINTS ON THAT OLD HEN!

Such an amazing team at this location! Everyone was so incredibly kind and Dawn went above and beyond to make sure I was doing well when I had to get a ton of labs drawn. Best lab I’ve ever been to!

This Labcorp location is one of the best and quickest. I’ve been going here for years and got great service and friendly staff. Phlebotomist Erikka I highly recommend as she was very friendly, made the process painless, fast, and really easy!
