Rude, slow, and unfriendly. Came in as a walk-in and waited for 30min + on top of not being communicated with thay appointments come first even when they don't show up. Soo make it make sense and maybe get some more staff employed here. 2 people for 15 guests right at 630am is absolutely insane.

Staff were aggressive and unwelcoming. Staff where condescending. The lady upfront straight up told a guy that he is stressing her out, then proceeds to be rude to an elderly lady who simply had a question. I was forced to help the elder woman check in because the African American lady upfront with a nose ring refused to kindly help her. I wish I had a chance to catch their names beside their appearance.

They no longer take walk-ins you need an appointment and the soonest they had was over a week out. I asked nicely if this applied to all locations and the lady at the counter was extremely rude about it for literally no reason. Don’t bother with this location!!

Kiosk for check in was not working, and scanning your i.d, upon checking in I was told they don’t have a kit for PPD test.
Service was just mediocre.

I arrived to labcorp with an 8:30am appointment at 8:28am, was not called back until 8:56am. Once called, Jeanie attempted to collect unnecessary tests from a lab slip that I already had performed last week (blood work, etc.). After trying to explain to her multiple times that I only needed the one specific test I made the appointment for (and was included on my lab slip), she then told me I would need an entirely new order from my MD and would not be able to do anything today. Even if this was the case, (which it wasn’t, because Quest was able to perform the one test afterward I left this sad, unprofessional place), I shouldn’t have had to wait 30 minutes to find out this information, making me late for work for no reason ultimately. The staff is rude, slow, and not courteous/helpful to the clients or the elderly population they are expected to serve. This was my first and LAST time going there.

Everything was modernized with a self check in process, I maybe waited 10 minutes if that, got poked, didn't feel not even a pinch, and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. These ladies did amazing!

I had a positive experience here when I came for blood draw. Minimum wait time (about 15-20 minutes), and the staff were polite and professional. The staff member who drew my blood had a great technique, and I did not even feel a pinch. This staff member was also taking care of the front desk. The staff should be recognized for wearing multiple hats!

I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Jeanie is absolutely spectacular and highly recommend getting blood drawn with her if she’s available. Will come back here anytime I need labs.

Nick drew my blood. He was rude! I had to give urine sample, no soap in bathroom had to ask where to wash hands he was short with me. When he went to draw blood I politely said hi asked if it was busy morning. He said it's harder when people ask unnecessary questions! Like he didn't want to speak to patients. Then he drew blood in unusual part of the arm with obvious weak vein. Had to be restuck on opposite arm very painful. Then he put the tape said 30 mins wear it my arm turned purple 5 min later it was too tight. Waiting room was clean, secretary was polite, chairs comfortable easy check in. Nick was so rude and bad at his job I won't go back and I've went there 3 yrs. Normally never lower than a 3 but the soap and Nick ruined it. Gross and rude .

If you have all the time in the world to seat up here you will love this place. However for the ones who have jobs PLEASE come on your day off. They are more worried about their conversations then getting people in and out. Didn't expect to be up here for an hour when I came before 7am.

The resection girl is not interested in serving visitors, she lacks vocation and kindness, it does not matter if you arrive in time before closing, they will not attend to you because they are close to closing.
