My experience was horrible 7/28/25 the tall white lady who conducted my urine test is a piece of work she looked my body up and down as if I was hiding something. I felt she even put her ear to the door while I was taking my drug test . I walked out of the bathroom she had a smirk on her face then she looked at my breast area to see if I’m hiding then laugh . Finally I said something , what’s the laughing for and why do you keep looking at my body . I have nothing to hide and she told me I was being paranoid. No I was not and she didn’t seal but one sample and kept the rest of my urine which I’ve never experienced before . So I ask her why and I didn’t trust her because of her behavior and I could take another test right now which she declined. She treated me like I was a criminal and laugh about and she is rude . I hope she didn’t tamper with my drug test because I’ve always seen the test sealed and the rest discarded she didn’t do that .

I made an appointment on their website, selected my insurance company on their site, and came to the appointment. They only called me in an hour after I had checked in. After an hour, they told me they don’t accept my insurance. I asked if they offer a discount for those without insurance, and they said no.

A month ago, I went to get labs done. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff who helped me is very professional and friendly. Migdalis Martinez, you have the hand of an angel. She took the blood samples with just one pinprick. God bless you.

Amber is the best!!! I am so grateful I walked in to this labcorp after having an awful experience the morning of with another labcorp and their employee. I explained the situation to her, and she was so empathetic and offered to do the appointment even with the business they had that day. I am usually very scared to get my blood drawn and pass out, and I had zero issues with her drawing my blood. She truly went out of her way!

I have been using the Old St Augustine locations for a while now and for as far as I can remember Amber has been running a one woman show. She is kind, patient and very professional. She handles the office amazing and I’ve witnessed some very unkind and nasty patients and Amber handles all situations in a very professional manner. She works hard and does a fantastic job. She makes taking blood seamless. I certainly hope her phenomenal work ethic gets her the praise she deserves.

This was my first visit to this location and I have nothing but good things to say about it. The check in process was quick, the staff was friendly and professional, the lady that drew my blood knew what she was doing and I was in and out in no time. I highly recommend this location.

I was able to make an appointment for the same day at this location. Staff was professional, friendly, and took care of me right away. No wait at all. A very kind staff member took care of me, she only had to poke me once, praise God, the appointment went so fast. I'd definitely recommend this location. I'll schedule future labs here. Only thing I'd say is, getting there I was a little lost finding where their office was, they need better signage to know the office is located past double doors (where elevator is) walk further back, make left and it's behind the building a little bit.

I am very impressed with this location of LabCorp on Old St Augustine Rd. I have visited this location for the 5th time in the past year, and the experience could not have been better. It's very convenient for me, but more importantly, Amber, my phlebotomist and technician, is fantastic! The check-in procedure is super fast and easy. And Amber is ALWAYS friendly, and greets with a smile. Painless, in and out in minutes. Amber makes this a very pleasant experience.

Whoever this new front desk lady I’ve never seen is, not very polite and stand off-ish. Most of the routine I go through she didn’t even follow. Worst experience here I’ve had in the years I’ve been coming here.

I had an appointment at Labcorp on Old St. Augustine Road on February 27, 2025. A phlebotomist was speaking loudly on her cellphone with her supervisor while attempting to draw my blood, which was unsuccessful; the conversation appeared unrelated to my procedure. I politely requested a less busy time for my next appointment, and after concluding the call, she successfully drew blood from my other arm. This is the first time I have experienced such significant bleeding and swelling after a blood draw, and I am therefore hesitant to return. It seems inconsiderate for a phlebotomist to attempt a blood draw while simultaneously engaged in a phone conversation.

I believe the staff need to take a lesson in how to appropriately and professionally speak to people. Also they didn't have an adequate supply stock so I couldn't get everything I needed done. Bathroom was filthy, they clearly didn't check it before/after each patient. They also didn't verify my information for the test. I will NEVER return to this location.
