My appointment was scheduled for 2pm. I arrived 10 minutes early, checked in with the front desk, and was called back promptly at my appointment time. I was finished and out at 2:07pm. Rafeelia was friendly, professional, and precise with the blood draw. This is my second visit here within the past 5 months, and both visits were exceptional. Highly recommend this place.

What a joke, they let me schedule an appointment online only for this morning. Show up and says facilities closed today. Why did it let me schedule an appointment? And if it closed after the fact they should also send a cancellation notice. Awful

Web site says Walk Ins are available, but never are at the Old St Augustine Road location! Don't go there if you are in a hurry, either@

Best LabCorp that I have visited. Only 1 person working but it was quick and she was very kind and helpful.

Why don't you post on your website or patient portal that you are appointment only. Very inconvenient having to drive all over Jacksonville while your hours aren't conducive to regular working people.

Saved My Day!!! Was scheduled for a different lab, they were unable to see myself along with 50 other people!! I was desperate to get to work on time so I tried Labcorp hoping they might squeeze me into an appointment at the last minute. WOW!!! The employee changed over all my order codes and apologized for taking so long (5 minutes to change all the codes?? Jamie was a rockstar!!) Then she takes me back, I don't feel a thing and I am walking out the door!!! SAVED MY DAY!!!Very professional, courteous, and time efficient. I'm getting all of my doctors in the future to send me to Labcorp from now on!! Thank you again!!!

Horrible customer service. I made an appointment for 720 at the Mandarin location. Received an email and text confirmation. They day of the appointment, I get sent a link to check in. I check in, am prompted to go inside and a sign is on the door that they are under renovation and to go to one of two locations. I went to Bartram and was confronted by the absolute rudest staff. I was told to check in standby and they would see me when they saw me. If at 4 they couldn't see me then I would have to leave and reschedule. I haven't eaten and my 9 year old daughter is with me. 3 other people arrive after me all upset. We were told that if we don't sit down they will call the cops on us. I would NEVER recommend this company.

I had an appointment. Checked-in. Signed necessary forms. Then I was immediately ushered inside, got blood drawn and done. In and out in 10 mins. Very impressed with the service.I am curious as to why LabCorp needs a credit card from me when I have a valid and very good insurance. This part I did not like. Now I understand why people go to Quest. I have insurance, they further asked for another insurance == MY CREDIT CARD.

I avoid Labcorp at all costs. I prefer Quest but Quest didn't offer the test I need. I was late for my appointment because there was a bad accident. I can't even find the place because there is no sign and it's inside another business. I am welcomed with a kiosk and I'm not even sure I checked in or not. So now I'm waiting outside there locked door inside an emergency room with tons of germs. Never again. So I don't even know if I'm being seen or not? No number to call and no one to speak to
