I was not greeted when I walked inside The store once they finally decided to acknowledge me they were not very useful you would think they will try to get you to buy the products by letting you know the deals and if they can help you in anyway one Workerlady look right at me when I was leaving and didn’t think twice to say have a nice day just kept working like I never walked in the store and mind you I was the only customer in the store at the time we gotta do better as Black people. Although the other lady did help, With a couple questions I had but the overall experience was not pleasant, I did not feel welcomed

I recently visited the Saint Johns Town Center location to exchange an online order that was the wrong size. The manager on duty was Robyn. I was shocked at the lack of customer service this person provided. As a long time LB shopper at stores across the US, I have never experienced the negativity that this person displayed. She was rude, refused to exchange my purchase and failed to provide accurate information about my options for an exchange. I decided to try to make contact with the store manager to share my experience in the store. I learned that the managers name is Renee and she is AMAZING!!!! When I explained what happened, she was very understanding and I felt like she listened to my concerns. She also made the proper adjustments to address my initial request of exchanging my items. Thanks to Renee for restoring my faith in the level of customer service that I have come to know from Lane Bryant. I will return to the Saint Johns Town Center location for future shopping needs :)

Customer “no service”. No help at all in looking for items or helping the limited customers in the store. I watched as everyone of them had to approach the store clerk and request help. Sad

I recently lost a lot of weight, but I’m still a curvy girl and I went into the St. Johns town center Lane Bryant to purchase new undergarments and maybe some pants and shirts. This has been a very long journey for me to lose this weight, and I was actually extremely excited to go. I typically visit the Oakleaf branch and have always had nothing but a wonderful experience there- Caring staff, positive vibes, encouraging remarks, and statements, and overall helpful advice on what works best with my body. I entered this store and only saw one person working at the cash register and I saw three customers in the store perusing and one customer at the cash register purchasing. I waited till she completed the transaction and then asked if someone would be available to help me with braising and she advised that she could. She came around got my measurements after losing almost 100 pounds. She relayed to me that my measurements were the exact same size which is impossible, but I went ahead with her recommendations and of course the cup sizes were way too big. She would leave come back ask if it fit. I would tell her no she would get me a different size and this happened five or six times until we eventually settled on one that was at least the right band size, but the cup was just a little bit small. I tried asking for feedback on what looked better. I also tried looking for feedback on how it should fit on my body it maybe I was misunderstanding the way. The bra was meant to sit on me, but she was no help at all very apathetic attitude. I don’t even wanna be here let alone be here helping you

By the end of trip, I purchased two new bras and was very discouraged. I was on anniversary date with my husband and at that point I just kinda wanted to go home. He convinced me to stay out and continue to have fun, but just a very lackluster experience compared to my past experiences.
One in particular I came down with Covid was in the hospital for two weeks almost died three months later after being put on medication for blood clots and such I lost all my hair and I had gained a lot of weight and I was feeling really bad about myself. I was getting ready to go on a trip to see Family for the holidays and I wanted them to not judge me in a negative light for how I looked. I basically wanted to go with get something to make myself feel pretty. I went to the Oakleaf branch and was greeted with the warmest smile. I let the young woman know what was happening. She basically told me you are still beautiful you know, but we are gonna find something to make you really stand out and she helped me find the best top and the cutest pants and she helped me pick colors that match the scarves that I was wrapping my head in and I felt beautiful when I was done and I came in there feeling so bad about myself and that was the experience I was looking for today except I wasn’t feeling bad about myself. I was feeling great and I left feeling horrible.
Maybe you should call the oak leaf branch to come out and retrain your employees on how to give a Lane Bryant experience

This store has poor customer service. Alone with that, their return policy is terrible and inconsistent. Makes me not want to ever shop here again. I cannot stand companies that charge you arm and leg and have a cheap return policy.

Diane truly transformed our experience at the store. Her kindness, friendliness, and professionalism, combined with the time she took to build a genuine rapport, made me trust her immediately. I've returned several times since, and the store feels noticeably different when she's not there. Diane is, without a doubt, the store's ray of sunshine.

Robbin does not understand the return policy and refused to return a bra that is unworn in its original packaging with tags still attached. Marila looked up my purchase and said it’s past the 60 days so I need to speak to the store manager. Your policy states an exchange can be made. I don’t understand why I was treated so poorly. It’s unacceptable. All my bras are from Lane Bryant, however, because of the dismissive and rude treatment I received from here I will purchase my bras elsewhere. You still carry the bra. The bra is brand new! This is unacceptable. I would like a call. I
Would like to exchange the bra as your return policy states. These ladies didn’t bother to find out why I needed to exchange the bra. So let me share. I lhave been losing weight and finally got to a point that my bras don’t fit so I needed to be resized so I can purchase new bras. I needed a White bra for Monday so I went to Vitoria secret. They were happy to measure me. I purchased several bras. My Lane Bryant Bra is 38F. I now measure 34F. There was So much emphasis on how long ago I purchased the bra that they missed an opportunity to sell me new bra’s. Just spent $170 at Victoria Secret.

I almost slipped on their rug at the entrance but I managed to catch myself. Told them they need to do something about it and they didn't act like they cared. So I walked around the store looking at the clothes and they really didn't care. Seems like they were having a bad day and customer included. Really not a friendly atmosphere. First and last at this store.

I purchased two bras 5 days ago and was told that when I came back to pick up the second bra because they didn't have it in stock I would get 50% off another bra. When I went to pick up the bra that had to be ordered I realize that all of the bras are now marked down to $29.50 the lady who helped me insisted that I cannot get 50% off the $29.50. had I been told that when I spent this almost $80 on two bras I would have waited for them to go on sale I feel like I was decived. So unless I buy something full price I have forfeited my 50% off. Knowing this I would have had the bra shipped to my home instead of coming back into the store. Please be forthcoming with your customers. I would not recommend this Lane Bryant to anyone. Feeling very mislead

Terrible experience in this location with the manager! I went in to an empty store with my daughter to get her a fitting and the manager asked if I had an appointment, I did not. She proceeded to tell me I needed an appointment since it was the busy season, I looked around and mentioned that there was only one other person in the entire store. She agreed to do the fitting but continued to lecture me on why I needed an appointment. We needed to order a few bras, I asked to change the order and when I knew she didn’t hear/was no longer listening to me I starting liking for the items on my own and told her to change the order that they were available. She proceeded to belittle me that I didn’t know the bras i was holding were both different. I confronted her and she proceeded to become rude and yelled back saying I started it and then couldn’t understand why I wouldn’t order the bras they her. I went home and ordered them, would rather pay for shipping then order from her. I’ve been shopping lane Bryant for bras for over 20 years and have never been treated like that. I will never go to this location again, I highly recommend the location near the airport, they know how to treat people.

I stopped in this store looking for some pants for a last minute outing. A sales lady helped me find what I was looking for. She listened to what I was looking for and had seversl suggestions. The store has a very good selection of clothes and accessories. Very happy with my purchases!
