When it comes to customer service, Layne Bryant goes above and beyond. I was in the hospital UF north and needed some bras. Casique his hands down the best lingerie store in the city. The only major retail lingerie chain that actually knows what they’re doing when it comes to measuring you and fitting for your proper bra size. I called from the hospital told the sales clerk what I needed what types of bras I liked what colors I liked and my size. She then picked out the bras and held them for a couple of days until my brother came to pick him up for me could’ve never done it without her thank you so much.

My first time shopping at Lane Bryant since moving to Jacksonville. The sales associate Cheryl is the sweetest!! Cheryl is very knowledgeable of all merchandise, definitely my new sales associate 💕

I'm from out of the country and had no idea about sizing here. I visited this store on my own. Elizabeth helped me from start to finish. She was so lovely, helpful and understanding. What a credit to the store.

Purchase jeans ,jogger set,River city market, jogger to short,could not exchange the brunette said well you look at the joggers,isaid yes but I didn't think they would be short on me she wouldn't not let me exchange to get something else ,so I said if u no that you were not going to let me exchange why are you opening up my bso
basically she wanting to take a look at them to see just in case i tried again,,no need to do that honey, I wouldn't be spending my money there again I don't give a rat ass bout a final sale I hope you steal are working there till you are 65 you do not own lane Bryant , stop running usuover your co workers

I love Lane Bryant in River City... Every time I go there the workers are very helpful. I really love the way the bras and panties fit. I will never purchase bras and panties anywhere else.

I was welcomed into your River City store by Pam and enjoyed so much her gift for making my shopping experience such an enjoyable and inviting one!
Pam welcomed me warmly and offered to take my selections to a dressing room while I looked some more. I felt her warm welcome even further upon entering the dressing room and finding all my selections laid out waiting for me with care.
I was so grateful for her fashion advice as I was unsure for which style blouse and shoes would go with the wide-legged linen pants I had found. Pam also helped me get just the right combination of items to help me use my coupons and gift card to their fullest potential...while helping me to round out my selections with a pretty pair of earrings.
From start to finish, Pam truly made my 2nd visit to Lane Bryant feel like a fairytale shopping experience of a lifetime...making me look forward to return again!

Been shopping here a very long time, and quality and style of clothing has steadily declined. Clothes get holes in them too easily, stitching coming loose after two or so wears. Close to paper thin material. Prices are NOT worth what's being bought at all. In no way can I justify paying tag prices. I still have LB clothing in my closet from about 15+ years ago and i can see the drastic difference in the quality AND style from then compared to now. We will never see quality and style like that again. I miss it so much. Lingerie is nice however, and it keeps longer than the clothing, as long as you wash it properly. I haven't completely gave up on LB just yet, but I definitely don't frequent it as much as past time. Only when they have a good sale.
