I have never received my package. They say delivery exception. The company who sent it through them has the correct address. Oh, there is no one to speak to so you cannot resolve any issue. Avoid them at all cost if you have a choice. If I could I would give zero stars. You are warned.

Insulated my intelligence by lying about attempting delivery. Said they needed access code....no gate to the neighborhood, it's a public street. Said delivery was attempted at 8:07pm... My brother was on the phone with me at that time in his living room at the delivery address.
Would give them negative 1 star if I could.

Stopped shopping at fashion nova because they use laser ship and now my Nordstrom package is being shipped via LS. Laser ship has terrible tracking, customer service and delivery vehicles. Why would Nordstrom use LS? Beyond baffled. Happy holiday.
