I wish I had seen other reviews before hiring Leonard's. They are dishonest and low ball you on an estimate. The bill was almost double what I was told. Also, Leonard said he would be there to supervise. He stayed 15 mins, maybe, and left. His grandson and another employee did work hard, but they claimed they did not take a lunch hour. They did, and I paid $120 for it. Also, they damaged a piece of furniture. When I asked the grandson why the low estimate, he said, "My grandfather doesn't know what he is doing. He hasn't moved stuff in a long time." I have called more than three times to get him to come to see the damaged furniture and straighten things out. HE PROMISES TO CALL BUT NEVER DOES AND NEVER COMES WHEN HE PROMISES. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE DISHONEST!!!!! I WILL BE SURE TO TELL PEOPLE WHERE I LIVE AND MY REALTOR NOT TO RECOMMEND THEM.

Leonard's Moving & Storage company is HORRIBLE. He and his Foreman, Dion, are the Most Dishonest and Price Gouging People. I was charged $1,190 for 4.5 hours of work. Do yourself a favor and Never Call Him or Fall for his FAKE ACT. He & His COMPANY Are A COMPLETE 100% RIP-OFF.

Very unprofessional and poor experience. Provided with referral to this moving company by a real estate professional. I contacted owner, Leonard. I provided him with needed dates and was told that he could accommodate. Upon learning that I was obtaining bids from other vendors he became very dismissive and hesitant to provide a quote. He nevertheless scheduled and kept a weekend appointment to assess my 4000sq ft home. He failed to contact me with the completed quote. When I called him, he did not provide a quote, was "suddenly" not available on my dates or did he suggest alternative dates, and was very unprofessional when questioned about his affirmation of my requested dates 3 days earlier. If the owner of a company cannot provide professional and reliable service on the front end, I would be highly suspect of his abilities.
