Liberty Music Inc is an excellent shop and a great place with friendly, helpful, and very patient service. The store has a huge inventory of lots of great, new and used quality guitars from brands like Martin, Taylor, Furch, Ibanez, Fender, and Gibson, as well as amps, pedals, and other necessities. It is staffed by experienced musicians who provide respectful communication and take the time to work with customers to help them find exactly what they want. The service includes thorough and detailed inspection as well as setup prior to shipment. While the place is noted to be dark inside, making it hard to inspect items, the overall experience is highly recommended as a positive alternative to impersonal big-box music stores. The business is also known for excellent repair work with friendly techs and staff. They foster a solid relationship with customers through communication and understanding, supporting a lifelong musical journey for all.

I came in with an issue with one of my guitars and within 5 minutes, they were able to diagnose, demonstrate, and fix the issue. As a newer guitar player, the service was amazing and I will definitely be coming back soon.
